We had our back sliding door replaced in August. From the initial consult, to Luke C and Tyrone B installing, nothing couldâ ve been more perfect! We recently had our screen pulled from the corner of the door and Calvin B came to repair within 48 hours of our call! I couldnâ t possibly be more pleased!

Greg was the service tech who came to repair the problem I was experiencing with the shower. He was very courteous and professional and completed the job in less time than I expected. It works as well as the first day it was installed 4 years ago! I have never hesitated to contact West Shore with help I need regarding their services and have given them high recommendation to my family and friends.

Calvin B showed up at the specified appointment time, was very polite and friendly. He found the issue with our Door quickly and made the necessary repairs to our Door.

Excellent results! I had the pleasure of having Trevor T. and Tyler N. remove a small shower and a garden tub out of my master bathroom and install a custom shower with a custom preexisting window. They were kind and patient with me and my wife who had a good idea of what we wanted but due to the massive window modifications had to be made and it looks amazing. I could not have dreamed for a better shower. They put down drop clothes and cleaned as they went. When they removed the old shower and they capped off the drain below the slab and capped the water lines low on the wall, instead of leaving them running to the top of the wall. Where i might hit them by accident. This will make my next project even easier. I am just so amazed at how quickly and quietly they worked. I think the total time was around six hours. I will definitely be referring everyone I know. Thanks again.
