West Shore customer service is always excellent! Greg arrived early and could not have been more professional, polite, and efficient! He spent a great deal of time showing me places in the unit that they could renew. He explained in terms I could fully understand, as well as demonstrating how a product could be used to clean the glass shower doors: I love how they look and now keeping them clean will not be such an endeavor! Greg is truly an asset to West Shore Home and Most assuredly deserves a salary bump or some PTO.
