The 5 star ratings today were for Gregâ s repair of moldy caulk and his help in educating us on the proper way to care for our shower. Greg was great and we feel better going forward, no thanks to wrong and misleading information we got from the sales staff and other contacts. We were actually told to use a KFC bucket and throw water on it to clean the shower. And the vinegar and water suggestion is NOT adequate.
