Kaile and Jeff came and took out the old shower replaced boards, etc. installed new shower and cleaned up all of the mess all in one day. They were very pleasant while working in our home. Thank you to both of them.

The process was smooth from start to completion of the shower installation. I received two calls leading up to the install date and the installers arrived promptly on the day promised. Installer Steven Breland explained what he was going to do every step of the install. The work was completed a few hours earlier than promised which was great. Steven cleaned up afterwards and the bathroom looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home for home projects.

Neil F. did a fantastic job removing our old upstairs bath/shower and installing the new bath/shower - looks great. Only thing is, due to the age of the house and the location of the job above/adjacent to the stairwell, a few dry wall nails popped and needed to be repaired. I called Westshore Homes about this and they put me in contact with Robert who came out and repaired the wall. Could not tell nail pops ever happened.

Daniel and Vorn were great guys. They came at 09 and left before 3 with a done job. My shower is awesome.

From our Salesman/Designer Brad to the Installers Wes and Tristen, they were all courteous and professional! We were kept informed during the whole process. I called west shore home to remodel both bathtub/shower units on a house I just bought. John Wood came to my house for my free consultation. We went through the whole process and put together an idea for my new bathrooms. The turn around rate was amazing. I had a crew installing my bathrooms 5 days later and they turned out amazing. I absolutely love them. Alex M, Rob, Xavier, and Jerel did absolutely beautiful hard work. Everyone was very professional and got the work done fast. I was impressed. We replaced our bath tub and shower a year ago. The caulking around the tub needed replacing. West Shore Homes honored the lifetime warranty and replaced it. Friendly Joey Kun was prompt, efficient, and did a very good job! Five-stars to Joey!

I am extremely happy with my new shower. The initial installers did a great job. One corner shelf still needed installed . Joey Kun took care of that for me very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Westshore!

My master bath had a large tub that I did not use and a small shower. I hired West Shore Home to pull out my old shower and tub and install a new, larger shower. Mitchell Navarro came out to assess the bathroom, asked me some questions and came up with the perfect design. The installer, Garrett Barbour, showed up on time, was professional, worked the entire time and ensured I had the shower exactly as agreed upon. Basing the shower around my frosted window turned out better than I imagined.

They chalked the windows thoroughly and cleaned them after they installation, cleaned up after theirselves and enjoyed them being here. Very nice young men. They removed my old shower and installed a beautiful new shower all in one day. It is awesome. The guys were very professional, friendly, and followed precautions due to covid. They took measures to protect my home by cleaning up afterwards. Can't remember the 2 guys that did the installation but they were great. Joey Kun returned some days later to do some additional caulking and he also was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The entire West Shore experience was great, from Dan who measured and helped us with the planning and all they way to completion. Thank you West Shore.

They were very thorough in their work. Cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and placed protection down on my floors first thing. I am going to have my upstairs shower installed next year 2021.
