Roger B and Derek C arrived as scheduled, worked as a well oiled machine and finished the job in one day. I was not left with any cleanup - they took away the debris and cleaned up prior to leaving. I am thrilled with the new shower!

Derek and Roger replaced our bathtub with a shower in less than a day. They were professional, friendly and kept us informed of exactly what they were doing and answered all of our questions. I cannot thank westshore home enough! After seeing all their commercials and offers over the years I decided to take them up on one of their offers of 0% down and 24 months no intrest! and remodel my bathroom tub/ shower. They did everything they promised and the installation was done in a day! I had my appointment on saturday and the installation was done the following friday! Both Ryan E. and Mason J. that did the installation were professional, kind and courteous. I whole heartily trusted them 100% and they were in-house installers and definitely not outside contractors!! I am so happy that I don't have look at that mauve tile and tub anymore but most of all look and scrub all the mildew build-up, hallelujah!! It's so nice to step into a bright clean shower. I recently retired from local government and not quite 59 1/2 yet and I was able through their financing co. to not have to make any payments and will be able to utilize some of my 401k money to pay it off in a little over a year. The work was meticulous and they both showed they take pride in there job. I will use West Shore Homes again and ask for the same installers to do the work. I am very pleased with the job that Kemon, Ben, Calvin, Keith, Imani, Jonathan, Makay and Dustin did in our home. They were courteous, friendly and worked hard while they were here. I would not hesitate in recommending West Shore Home to friends and neighbors. The windows are much better quality than the windows I replaced and will be a lot easier to clean.

They installed a great product and helped provide a comfortable walk-in shower for my elderly parents to use with ease. The installers, Spencer S and Mason T, arrived promptly at 8:20 and finished the job by 6:00 pm. They were completely professional, courteous, efficient, even unobtrusive. When they finished, they answered our questions and gave us clear instructions for use and cleaning. The shower is beautiful, and we look forward to using it for many years to come.

Kemon, Calvin, Jonathan, Imani, and Remington all worked a 10 hour day to ensure my windows and back door were installed. They tolerated us asking questions (which I am sure is why their day was so long), replaced some rotting wood under the door, and did a great job at cleaning up! Kudos to this crew for sticking it out and getting the job done.

I was pleased with the workmanship of Roger, Landon and Gregory. They did the work timely and cleanly. I like the materials and I really like how it looks. I wish West Shore Homes could do other remodeling tasks in the bathroom and not just the shower and bath.

We were very pleased with the experience. Had 2 outdated bathtubs replaced with walk-in showers? The installers were very courteous and careful. They did each job in less than 8 hours. Kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up everything when they left. Do not know how other installers for this company work but these 2 (Trevor T and Josh H. from Raleigh) were great. On-time, hard-working, professional, and helpful. Very impressed!

The removal of the bathtub shower to a stand alone shower was done in one day. The installers Nikita and Darius did a fabulous job. The sales person we met with was very knowledgeable and was a big help along the way. Peter you answered all of our questions even stopped by to make sure everything was done to our specifications.

Probably the single best Rep/Craftsman experience Iâ  ve ever had on either coast. Kemon and Calvin were professional, genuine and worked cleanly w/attention to detail. Westshore Home replaced all the windows in my home. I could not be happier with the whole experience from the start with the Sales department to the final installation. Dan, the salesman I worked with explained the products they offered, how the whole experience would proceed and gave me a competitive price for the windows we chose. He worked with us to set up a time to have all the window openings measured, ordered the windows and helped set up an installation time once the windows arrived from the manufacturer. On installation day, the crew(Kemon, Calvin, Jon & Mark) that came to install my windows were promptly on time, took time to address the installation procedure and worked with me to do the bedroom windows first to help minimize the risk of my cats escaping through an open window. The crew made sure the inside of my house was protected with tarps and that all debris from the demolition was removed. Once work started, the window removal was quick and the installation of the new windows was just as quick. Before the installation was finished I could already tell a difference on the inside of my house. Once the installation was complete, the crew made sure all the debris was removed from my yard, we walked the perimeter of the house to ensure there were no problems and thanked me for giving them a chance to help me with my new windows. I cannot recommend Westshore Home enough.
