The installers Mitchell and Simon were prompt and on schedule. Very knowledgeable and meticulous.

We love our new walk in shower! Roger did a great job, even being by himself he knocked it all out in one day! He was very professional, cleaned up everything and really took time to explain things and answer questions. Would definitely recommend Roger and West shore to others!

I was completely impressed with the workmanship of Roger B and Martin M worked amazing together. They laughed the entire time. They show they love their job. Roger was teaching Martin and showing him tricks of the trade. They are a great team. The work was fantastic

Roger B. and Martin M. were amazing!!! Very professional and very efficient with time on install but without sacrificing on quality. I absolutely love my new tub/shower and my whole bathroom looks cleaner and larger now. They were very respectful of not tracking dirt on the carpets and afterwards they cleaned up all materials etc and left my bathroom clean (better than it was before). I look forward to using West Shore home for future door and window projects as well. :) I also appreciate how thorough they were in making sure I understood care and cleaning and were patient and stayed until all of my questions or concerns were answered.

Overall, I am very pleased with the experience! The Design Consultant, Tim, was great to work with. He stopped by on the day of my installation to check on the progress of the job and to bring the installers drinks, which I thought was great, given how hot it has been recently! The installers, Josh H and Greg P, were very personable and did a great job! I was working from home during the installation, and they did their best to minimize disruptions. They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up everything; there's no trace that they were ever here! I haven't tried out my new walk-in shower yet, but it looks great!

Ryan E and Darius S. Were the best most dedicated workers Iâ ve ever seen. They work well together and worked until job was done. I would recommend West Shore Homes to anyone. Our shower looks awesome

Excellent team work between David, Alan and Kerrington. Answered all of my questions and provided step by step explanations of the process of replacing my 5 windows. Definite thumbs up!

Totally professional but very friendly and pleasant to work with. They showed up on time - even a little early which is a nice change - brought everything they needed and the right people. They really knew what they were doing and stayed off the grass :-). This was a big job - 33 window replacements. Got it done in a little less than 2 days. My property was spotless when they left and the windows are beautiful. Dustin was the team lead but they all were great. Abdalla, Luke K and C, Jamote, Austin, Misgel, Josh and Landon. Thanks for a great job.

Kemon, Imani, Austin, and Al were very professional, courteous, friendly. They were concerned and helpful with all our questions. They work great as a team. Very cautious in cleaning up. Would recommend them.

Frank Scofield was excellent. He went way beyond job. He is an asset to this company. Also, Brandi Howard was great at her job. She was very professional. Also an asset to this company.

My window installation was an amazing experience. My team-Kemon, Imani, Luke, and Keith were dynamic. They deserve more than 5 stars. I have never experienced such a team that worked in unison. They demonstrated leadership, teamwork, excellent craftsmanship, time management, and the upmost respect and kindness for me and my home. They arrived on time! they introduced themselves and immediately transformed my bathtub/shower into a stunning walk-in shower. These two young gentlemen were very professional, polite, informative and showed such wonderful skills and workmanship! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you, West Shore, for sending your finest workers. I will tell folks to ask for them by name. They have made believe in contractor again. Keep up the great work guys!! My Pro came on time and ready the were fast and friendly. Gave me all the information needed before and after installation. The clean up was fast and spotless. I was very satisfied!

Making the decision to choose West Shore Home was easy. From my initial visit with my consultant, Holly. To the great service provided today by Justin R. and Jacob P., with the installation. Everything went exactly as promised! There weren't any delays and my tub was installed beautifully! Great workmanship and professionalism!
