Informative and no BS salesman. Professional and experienced installer. Installer showed up on time and completed the job with no issues; he was obviously very experienced. Work was done last week, and we've seen no issues with either of the tubs/showers that were replaced. I would recommend them for tub, tub/shower combo, or shower replacement.

Kris and Mason did a great job. They were professional, efficient and finished on time. We love our new bath / shower!!

This project was perfect. The sales person, Jake, was wonderful to work with and when we had follow up questions he waisted no time getting back to us. The Installers, Roger B and Martin M, were awesome. They arrived on time, got straight to work and had the original tub and surround out in short time. By evening we had a brand new walk in shower that is beautiful. Their work was perfect. When they left all that was left behind was this fabulous walk in shower, no mess at all. They cleaned up everything. We are very happy.

I have been pleased from the beginning of this project. Everyone was on time and knowledgeable from the consultation (Dan), to the man taking the measurements, to the install. The explanation about the window was well presented and accurate. I was super grateful that there was no "hard sell" and no one pushed me to buy more than I wanted. I was the most impressed with the quality of workmanship by the installers (Josh R.; Jared R.; and Alex U.). The Bay window installed to replace a double hung window was done beautifully. They came prepared and clearly knew what they were doing. The project did take all day, but I was told it would be a large project so that was as expected. The finished look is even better than I had imagined. But my real compliments go to Josh and Jared and Alex for the way they interacted with each other. I am in management and it is rare to see a crew treat each other with such respect and kindness. Every time I overheard an exchange between them, I was impressed. They were respectful with me as well and cleaned up as they went and before they left they made sure everything was removed from my yard. I will be sure to recommend West Shore and hire them again when needed.

The process of installation was absolutely seamless and the crew worked together so well. We had twenty windows installed in just about six hours! I had the original windows removed from my 1945 home today. My team was Roger, Tyrone, Gabi and Al. Their work was exceptional. They worked well together as a team and were extremely respectful of my home. Roger did a great job of explaining everything to me at the end of the installation and walking me through how to work the windows. He told me that they do other services such as bathrooms and doors. I asked him if he would look at my master bathroom and give me some feedback and he did. I was very pleased and will use this company in the future.

The team that did the installation was Keith Roger Tyrone Martin excellent service excellent work clean up very well after they are done customer service is great highly recommend it and Keith is quite cute as well this is well worth the money get them to do the job

Darius and Martin arrived on time, got to work and finished with time to spare. Their work was professional and excellent!

The install team of Kemon, Imani, Austin W. and Ty did a great job with our window replacements.

Kris and Matthew were the guys who removed our existing jacuzzi and replaced with a custom shower. We had a bench seat installed across the back, 4 shelves, they removed window framing and wrapped window to waterproof it and installed glass shower door. They were efficient, showed up on time, polite and friendly, hard workers and cleaned up after the job was done. Great workers!! They also removed our older, smaller shower, capped the water lines and hauled off.

A representative from West shore homes came out and spoke to us for over two hours and detailed what would happen with our shower replacement. When the workers got here there were a great many details that were 100% different from what the spokesperson told us originally and it took over an hour and a half for another upper-level representative to assure me that everything was going to be fine. The installation took slightly longer than I thought it was going to but the job was professionally done and looked fantastic. The representatives involved with the installation were courteous considerate and clean. We were then told to wait 48 hours to use our shower but when we first used it we had one of the worst showers we have ever had. A valve was not installed correctly till we either had to scream hot water or frigid cold water and nothing in between. I called just after opening to get in touch with somebody and it took almost 2 hours to finally get somebody to give me an ETA on a fix. The answer I received was they are short-staffed and we are sorry. Not the response I was looking for after spending the money I did and the disappointment that we had. The installers did a fantastic job but I would not look for amazing results from either the sales rep or customer service after the fact. I would think very long and use their services for recommending them again.

The men Landon and Rich did a excellent and professional job

We contracted Westshore Home to convert on existing bathtub to a walk in shower. Roger and Jose showed up on time and went right to work. They are a great team. Kept us informed all along the way and completed the project in roughly 7 hours. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Trevor T, Neal F, & Chinadu U did a fabulous job on my two bathrooms. They were professional, timely and worked fast and efficiently. Iâ m very happy with my new showers, would definitely recommend to anyone in need of bathroom remodel.

I was very impressed with Caleb Brown who did the consultation and answered every question I had. I was very pleased with Kris G & Jamonta M. who did the tear down and installation of the new walk in shower. They cleaned up explained everything to me and it was all done in 1 day. I will definitely be using this Co. again. A Very Satisfied Customer.
