Joey, was an excellent service technician. His customer service skills qualify him for customer of the year! His work was thoroughly done and the craftsmanship was awesome! He explained very detail of the process with tips that will continue our shower experience for years to come.

Joey was terrific, he explained the problem and how he would resolve it. Replaced some parts and shower was like new! Great personality and very customer focused.
