I found Paul through one of his listings online. I submitted an online inquiry requesting more information and within 2 minutes of that inquiry Paul called me to introduce himself and schedule a viewing. From that point on I received nothing but the most professional service. After that initial showing he showed me several other properties until I found one I wanted to make an offer on. Paul facilitated everything with minimal work on my part, and I mean EVERYTHING. This was not an easy real estate deal. I was a strong buyer, but the property was a short sale, it also needed about $10,000 worth of repairs, and i was using a very complicated loan that combine the purchase price and repair cost into the overall loan amount. Because of this my lender required several contractor estimates be done prior to closing. Paul handled the scheduling of all the home visits, as well as getting all the repair quotes together, keeping my informed and up-to-date during the entire process. Days before closing my lender called me with news that there was a problem with the loan and they were not sure when or if they could actually close. The deal was extremely close to falling apart, but a day after we got word the deal was in jeopardy Paul was on the phone with the banks CEO. By the end of that week the bank reversed their decision and agreed to close the loan as we had originally agreed upon. Finally the quality that I most liked and respected about Paul was his ability to treat me, a low price point buyer, like I was his most important client. He ALWAYS answered his phone and returned phone calls, never putting another, more lucrative deal, ahead of mine. Paul will be my agent for every deal i do in the Raleigh area, no doubt about it.
