Great service and did an amazing job on the new SUV. We had just bought a new vehicle and were looking to add alitle extra protection to the paint. I found them after a search and spoke with Garrett who was more then helpful explaining the process. They aren't the cheapest but the customer service and communication won out. I am very happy with the coating and will continue to use them in the future.

I am a fleet manager for a local firm. We hired Wash n Werk after having poor service from another company. and every time we have reach out the staff have been very promote to schedule us, and the staff that comes out have always been very professional, and done a very good job. Since our fleet main consist of work trucks, we have had some very muddy, smelly trucks. Once they have done their magic it looks more like a beloved commuter truck. Thank you so much!

I am LIVID and WashNwerk’s customer service is TRASH! After my detail, I got in my car to leave for a very important event to find my battery dead and my car would not start. When I called and spoke with Brian he was asking questions and insinuating it was a fault of my own and this had never happened to them before and would not offer even a partial refund. I am a first time customer, they cost almost triple the price of my regular detailer, I was completely inconvenienced and there was no attempt to rectify the situation. After asking someone to go pick me up, test my car, jump my car and take it to the auto shop there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BATTERY, THEY KILLED IT!!!

Just wanted to share with you my recent unfortunate experience with WshnWerk, which I'd booked to spruce up my wife's car, based on the good reviews I'd read online. But when their technician arrived, he told me that this was only the 2nd polish he'd ever done. I'd ordered headlight restoration, too, and when I asked him if he'd seal the headlights afterward, he didn't know what I was talking about. None of this inspired much confidence, but I let him proceed. A few minutes later, I looked out of my 2nd floor window just in time to see him firing his pressure-washer at my wife's car... and blowing the paint right off the roof. I had him stop then and there, and called his boss (owner of the company), who apologized and said he'd take care of it. I wish the story ended there, and happily, but it didn't. Later, the owner changed his tune and now refuses to pay for the damage his company inflicted, and my insurance agency is now filing subrogation motions against them, since the damage was nearly $800 (I got an estimate from USA Auto Body in Clayton; they're great.) Anyway, I post this as a service to my neighbors and a cautionary tale, so you can avoid the problems that I am facing. By the way, my wife's car is white, so I've included a photo of one of the countless pieces of paint that was blasted off of it into my driveway.

Terrible major damage done to my vehicle do not hire this company

I would do it over and over again. This is one of the best services I ever had. My car looks like new, all dog hairs are gone, scratches are gone - the guys were amazing. Even tho it was brutally hot outside, they put so much passion and love into the job, i couldn't be happier. If you look for an overall car cleaning, use them, they are more than amazing!!

The detailing on the inside were decent and the wash and wax on the outside were decent. But two things. There was no mention of the $20 off for a first time customer. And secondly, it would have only taken the guy a few minutes to hose out the bed of the truck which was pretty much a mess with pine needles and a bit of mud. So I hosed it out myself after he left. Based on that, I would not use this service again.

Excellent. They were punctual to the minute. They gave the approximate amount of time for the work to be done, and it was. Car looks likes New plus scratches were removed. Very professional in everyway. I would recommend them to everyone!

Came late but did call me to let me know he was behind. Nice guy but after inspection really shabby work. Rear bumper still had road dirt resting on the entire bumper. Never touched. Truck entry steps never touched. I pointed it out and he took a dirty rag and wiped them. Dirt remained on interior corners of front windshield. Rear window still had glue on it from former stickers. Engine compartment which was to be wiped down was horrible. Dirt and dust on almost every part of the engine. I paid 0ver $200.00 with tax and tip and could have got a cleaner car for $29,00 down the street at the car wash. I wanted him to do both my trucks but because he was late and out of daylight I think for sure I saved myself another $200.00 for a wipe down. Spent two hours today in Walmart parking lot wiping dirt off and completing a job I should have never let get started.

I made a last minute appt and they were able to acommodate me. They arrived promptly, were pleasant and did a great job!

failed to show up for appointment. Had appointment at 10:00AM at 10:00 the employee called and said previous job was taking a little longer and could he come at 11:00 AM. I agreed to the time change. By 12:30 I had received no call back and I had made several call to him only getting voicemail. I then complained to the company and at 1:00PM received and email for the company saying the employee would contact me soon. wasted have a day and never got the job done. don't waste your time.

They did an excellent job. They actually arrived early. I thought they were expensive, but I knew that when I selected them for the job.

The wash n werk crew ran into some traffic but called to relay the issue - very professional and much appreciated. They arrived and immediately went to work. Excellent communication throughout the process. Extremely knowledgeable and informative about the outcomes of different proceedures. Realistic and reasonable. Highly recommend. A+++

They provided an excellent service, not only did they want to work on a Sunday, they called to see if they could come earlier than we had even scheduled, they were still on time, were professional, courteous, and did an amazing job! This is the first time I used a service like this. My CRV was disgusting. I play sand volleyball and there might have been enough sand in the vehicle for a game. The crew did a great job. My car looked so good my friends thought I got a new one!

This is the second time I have used WasNwerk Mobile Auto Detailing. As they did the first time, they did a great job this time. My almost 5 year old Subaru looks brand new. I have had strangers stop and tell me how good it looks! They showed up at my office exactly on time, did the work well and efficiently. When one of my co-workers saw the finished work, he asked the guys to do his right then! I will always use WashnWerk for my car and often recommend them to friends.

Both cars were spotless and beautifully cleaned! I will be a return customer!
