Walter's Well Pump & Tank Service

Our church bought a property on which to build our first church building that had a 6 inch well on site. We were interested in finding out what we could about the well. We hoped to be able to use this well for irrigation of planted vegetation after we build. Walter performed all of the services listed above for us as a charitable contribution to our small church. He and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and great to work with. He enabled us to determine that we can use the well in the future. We intend to hire him to put the well into service when the time comes.

Walter's Well & Pump has been our go-to for all our well issues. On this last occasion, we had no water to the home due to a frozen/cracked pipe out at our pump. Walter was able to get to us same-day & assess the issue quickly. Walter & his team are excellent! Highly recommend!

Our pump had gone out after 23 years. They were great and helped us understand each step. Our water pressure is great now. We asked them back a week or so later to add some faucets for us. We highly recommend them

Provider arrived when promised and was extremely professional and courteous. He spent extra time repairing a previous contractor's somewhat shoddy work, at no additional charge. I felt the charge for parts and labor was fair and quite reasonable. I gave the provider's information to a neighbor who was equally impressed with the work he performed for her.

This morning I had no water, so I called Walter who had done an inspection for me when we purchased our home. He came out to the house and checked the well pump. He found a bad switch/connection and repaired that. His assistant went under the house to check our pressure tank and they also checked our circuit breaker, which had tripped for some reason. He did not charge me for his services because he insisted he didn't do much. I highly recommend Walter for his expertise, honesty, and integrity.

Walter arrived with 2 helpers and they were very fast and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Then they immediately got to work fixing it. They were finished in 45 minutes. Fast and efficient.

I called Walter Tuesday (10/22/13) morning and he explained he had two other jobs lined up that day that were in the opposite direction from us, but that he could arrive first thing Wednesday morning. Fortunately we still had a functioning well; although it was intermittent and he suggested we fill a bathtub up in case it stopped working before he arrived. Him and one other man showed up promptly Wednesday morning and within 10 minutes had diagnosed a faulty well pump. We gave the go ahead and they made quick work of replacing it. Total time was about 2 to 2.5 hours. They even replaced our rigid PVC pipe with a flexible pipe and replaced the insulation around the top of our well. Considering we had no idea who to call, and we joined Angie's list specifically to get a recommendation, we couldn't be happier with our choice. Walter is a stand-up professional who is efficient in his work and reasonable in his pricing. Will definitely call him again and have already spread the word to the neighbors.

We can't say enough about Walter! We called him early Thursday morning, and were told he couldn't come to our house to examine our well pump until Friday morning. In the meantime, he suggested asking a neighbor if we could connect a hose to their well, so that we could have enough water to take care of essentials. He arrived Friday morning with two other men, determined that the pump had failed, and replaced it. The whole process only took about 1 1/2 hours. Walter was efficient, very knowledgable, and personable. As far as the price is concerned, we have to assume it was fair. A problem such as this couldn't wait for us to get multiple estimates.

Walter quick to respond and complete job plus he is very through and communicates great with customer he makes sure you understand everything before and after the job.

WELL I HAD CALLED LOCAL WELL PEOPLE AND GOT THE WE WILL CALL WHEN WE CAN, FOR WALTER HE WAS HERE WITHIN THE WEEK. HE CALLED TO CHECK THINGS ON THE WELL SO HE COULD BRING WHAT HE NEEDED. HE IS NOT IN HOKE CO. HE IS FAR UP THE ROAD, SO HE WANTED PRECISE . WELL HE GETS HERE AND ALL IS WELL. THEN THE PUMP WILL NOT FIT BECAUSE OF BUILT UP JUNK AROUND IT. SO HE ORDERED ONE THAT WOULD FIT IN WELL. IT WAS 360 FT. DOWN. HE GOES ALL THE WAY BACK HOME AND SAYS WILL RETURN AS SOON AS THE PUMP SHOWS UP. WELL AROUND 10 OCLOCK NEXT DAY , WALTER IS BACK AND BY 2 OCLOCK I HAD WATER. I HAVE NEVER SEEN TWO PEOPLE WORK AND KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITHOUT TALKING . THEY WORK TOGETHER SO VERY WELL, DO NOT SEE THE PROFESSIONAL IN PEOPLE LIKE WALTER AND HIS HELPER. WAS SO GOOD TO HAVE SOMEONE DO A JOB AND YOU KNEW IT WAS DONE RIGHT...AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I THINK ANY ONE WHO HAS WELL PROBLEMS WILL NEVER GO WRONG WITH WALTERS WELL AND PUMP...

Walter arrived when he said and had the entire job completed in 4 hours. He also increased the pipe size to the well pump to provide better flow. Once he was completed he walked the area to be sure all trash was collected and verified the system was working properly. Walter is a professional in his field!

Honestly, couldn't have had better service! We called on a Saturday because our pump was suddenly not working & we had no water in our home. I spoke with the owner who genuinely seemed to want to help get us back up and running. He was able to have his team come out on short-notice after they had already gone home for the day. (Thankfully!) His team quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it promptly. I felt they were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Price was more than reasonable. This is one of the best, if not the best, service companies we have used via Angie's List. I will definitely use Walter's for any of our well/water issues in the future.

The owner and an assistant showed up at the time they said they would. They worked efficiently and quickly. The job was done in about 2 hours. They answered all my questions and left the work site clean. I could not be more pleased!

Walters pump service showed up with two people and completed the repairs quickly. They were experienced and skilled in their trade. They had all the necessary tools, supplies and well pump puller on their service truck.

He explained what he was looking for and how he diagnosed the problem and he had a helper with him who was experienced and he went the extra nine yards by using a protective PVC conduit to run a cable through. He explained to me about my situation and was right on borderline. I noticed a big improvement the first night. It really did make a difference. It was a great value in terms of the hardware price. The labor charge was very reasonable.

Walter replaced the well pump at my house. I called on a Saturday morning at 9am and his foreman was on site by 10:00am to replace my pump. Took a couple hours and everything was working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with his service, price, and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

I had some problems with pressure in my plumbing/well system and called Walter for help. He promptly responded and made a service call at my home the same afternoon. . There are no grades high enough to express my experience with him: He was prompt, courteous, efficient, helpful, friendly and every other accolade that I can think of. He is the kind of man whose word is his bond and I find that very rare and extremely refreshing. His knowledge, competence and courtesy are true examples of what has historically made this country great. I am trying to think of ways to compliment him even more but I cannot find the words to explain how he restored my faith in the interaction between the consumer and the skilled craftsman. I would recommend him most highly with no reservations whatsoever.

I liked that the guy with Walter's Well Pump & Tank Service was really detailed as he gave us the sizing that we needed for the motor on our well pump. He didn't want to oversell us and gave us what we needed. He didn't try to sell us a Cadillac when we didn't need one.

Our water supply went out late Thursday night. First thing Friday morning I got on Angie's list to check local contractors. Our system was 16 years old so I figured the worst as far as a repair went. Since I had not had any other problems in the past I was not sure to call....but I did realize it would take a pump specialist.So I checked the reviews and decided to call Walter...it was 7:30 on Friday morning, I left a message and he called back by 8:00. Very nice guy!!!! Said he could go out there on Friday morning and he did. He did an excellent job, explained what he did and cleaned everything up . By noon we were up and running again:) I felt his price was reasonable and service was EXCELLENT!!!! Told him I found him on Angie's List.......What a great experience......Thanks Angie !!!

Our well pump probably on Sat but we didn't know until Sunday morning when our reserve tank went empty. So we wake up Sunday morning and there is no water going to the house. I called a couple of other listings and just didnt feel good about their attitude on the phone. I even called another business who "claimed" to be an emergency well repair company. ... ANyway, when I called Walter I felt that he knew what he was doing. He told me that he had another job on Monday but he would try to come by if he could. Thankfully he came by on Monday around 4 and he immediately told us that our pump had died and we had water within the hour. He also seperated the electrical lines and lined them with PVC. He is great to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know!

Walter was kind enough to fit usinto his schedule when I called that morning, arrived when he said he would, inspected our well, house filter, and water, and gave us great information about the problem we were having. He said we had an excellent well with no water issues, would probably need to have our tank replaced to eliminate the iron we were seeing in the water, and recommended someone to replace the tank. He was awesome! Did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, gave great information, and did not even charge for his time, which he should have! Will definitely call him again!!

Walter showed up when he promised and he had my water problem fixed within 45 minutes. My holding tank was water logged as he diagnosed on the phone and now we no longer have to worry about running out of water. I would reccomend Walter to anyone who has any kind of water or well issues. Very professional service and at a much better price than other quotes I received. Overall I would rate this company 5 stars and I will definitely call him again if I have a problem
