Unsatisfactory from all involved.
Description of Work: He wanted cash up front to buy materials, completed part of job and would not return to finish work. Found out he is not legally licensed in NC. The Attorney Generals would not file a report until there are numerous complaints for class action. The licensing agency sent him a letter to stop his business now. So this is how the public goes unprotected.

Not reliable, untrustworthy, flim flam operator.
Description of Work: Improper installation of condensation drain, wouldn't come back for repair,had to hire a licensed plummer. This person is operating without a NC license and using a New York license illegally. The BBB, Attorney General AND License Board now knows what he is doing. He will always ask for a check made out in his name not his business and will cash it in 15 mins...
