For the most part very well.

Went very well. Service rep recommended replacing with an LED flood lights. He had replacement on the van and completed job expeditiously and at reasonable cost. We would certainly call him again if needed?

Excellent service. The contractor worked quickly. Great customer service. The pricing was excellent, which allowed room for a well deserved tip. I would recommend them to friends and family. I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks Volt Doctor.

Called to get an estimate; they came out without me having to be there (since the job was exterior) and provided an estimate. The estimate was provided shortly afterward. When I called to arrange the service, they wanted a pretty hefty deposit (50%) before they would even come out to do it. Seems there is a trend toward this lately; it is somewhat disconcerting. I also had to arrange to be there, but I would have preferred that to them being willing to work on my house without at least making direct contact with me on site. The technician arrived at the arranged time, did his work, collected the remainder of payment, and was gone. Granted, the 'arranged time' was a four-hour window, but he arrived toward the earlier end of it. I had checked on things a couple times while he was working, and he answered questions and went on with his work. When I looked at the result, I was happy. The main power box that had almost completely detached from the house was again firmly attached. In addition to reattaching the box and adjusting the feed pipe, the technician cleaned the immediate area and applied caulk to seal the area around the box. It looked much better and safer.

Eric and his helper did a great job..very professional. Only negative was that they came late.

It went very well. Eric diagnosed the problem--faulty ballasts--and provided two estimates, one for repairing the fixtures and another for replacing them with new LED fixtures. I chose to replace them. Eric was efficient and thorough. I love my new fixtures. Eric also kindly replaced some burned out bulbs for me at no charge. I will use Volt Doctors Raleigh again.

Work was done professionally, in a high quality manner and in a reasonable time. Technician was knowledgable and communicated well.

I spent about $200. They serviced my transfer switch to see if it was in working order and then they sold me a 30 Amp chord to go with it. Project went fine and they were prompt and accurate. Everything went well .

James Frazier came and did some trouble shooting in the circuitry. He did fine.

Fantastic. They were efficient and professional. Steve H., the electrician with Volt Doctors who came out was very kind and worked quickly.

Kenny and Kelly were wonderful. They called ahead and even arrived early. They performed the work in a friendly and professional manner.
