They did an excellent job overall. Were very professional, took their time and came by on a Sunday to do the work. I will be using them in the future to reseal the patio every few years and would highly recommend to anyone looking for stamped concrete work at their house.

Serguei responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner. Cut out the old concrete in a few days. Had to wait until the weather cooperated to pour the new concrete but the job was completed within a week. Serguei kept me updated on the scheduling so I always knew what was up. The concrete work looks very good, better than the original concrete. On a side note, my neighbor across the street, a retired lady, was putting new numbers on her mailbox while Serguei and his partner, whose name escapes me, were working on my driveway. She said Serguei very politely came over and offered to assist her with the numbers as she was having a little difficulty with them.

They were fantasic with great work and a great price. They had to had truck the concrete from the front of the house. They did the coloring. It was a clean installation and the price was right.

Work was high quality. City inspector was impressed.

I left a message requesting an estimate for a concrete driveway extension. Serguei Volkov (owner of the company) promptly returned my phone call and scheduled an appointment to come out. He came to give the estimate on time and he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. While he was here, he pointed out a potential problem that another provider (highly rated on Angies List) had failed to notice. His price was significantly lower than than the other provider. The work was completed on time with high quality. Serguei worked very hard to make sure he did exactly what we wanted. It looks great and we would definitely hire him again.

They were great to work with and got the footings for a roof and the patio floor poured much sooner than I thought which was great. We changed the scope of the work during the process, opting to saw off an odd part of the old patio which upped the price but I thought it was reasonable given the added work and dumping of more old concrete. A year later we are still very happy with our concrete patio.

great work all around - repair looks good and blends in well with existing concrete. Very professional job. Crew worked hard and dealt with some enormous tree roots before they could pour replacement concrete - worked as scheduled and finished as promised. Highly recommend them.

Terrible. We played phone tag for several days with this guy. We finally arranged a time for him to come give us a quote and he called two hours before he was to come to say his truck's air conditioner died and he would not be able to come. We scheduled another visit and he called and was again having truck troubles and could not come. We did not arrange a third visit.

I have not been able to get a call back from this provider. Don't waste your time. I first sent him a message via Angie's List over a month ago and have never received any email or call back.

This contractor hasn't returned any of the calls I have made. I understand that everyone pouring concrete is busy these days, but he could have at least called back.

I read reviews about Triangle Concrete and Landscaping on AL and decided to call them. They were one of 3 Vendors I asked to provide quotes. The first thing that stood out in the interaction with Serguei, was when he came to see the work , he refused to provide an estimate until he got his levelling equipment to confirm the ground is levelled enough to provide drainage from the back. And also wanted to make sure the foundation of brick retainer wall would not interfere with the driveway. He pointed so many things in his first conversation which the others had not mentioned or just glossed over casually making blanket statement that we'll get it done. He came back next day with his levelling equipent and provided me a quote the next week. Then his price quote was the next pleasant surprise. He provided detailed list of all line items of the work and all options from highest stamped concrete to color options to basic. He even offered to discuss color choices with Lisa (his assistant girfriend) and she was very helpful and informative in helping decide which way to go. After some delay in getting approvals from HOA , we go started in October and concern was first frost near it would be too late to start the concrete job. Both Lisa and Serguei assured me it would not be an issue and that they would cover the work site in case any frosting occured unexpectedly. Serguei, Lisa and company arrived as scheduled after a couple of reschedules due to rain and car problems. They start in the am. digging and levelling the site and laying the underground drainage and catch basin, They waited for the concrete truck to arrive and got started later afternoon. They'd a great team of workers each was very professional and skilled and they got the concrete laid down. They'd to wait for final finish using brush until the concrete had set in and it took them until after sunset but they kept working. They even got someone to go get a flood light to wrap up the work the same night and they wrapped up until after 10pm Overall I was extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this company for all concrete jobs big and small. Serguei is great at his work and true professional and provides very honest service and extremely competitive price.

We had an architect design an area adjacent to the deck for a hot tub. The design, however, turned out to far exceed our budget. We then gained three quotes from firms able to perform stamped concrete. Of the three, Serguei Volkov, of Triangle Landscaping and Concrete was the most knowledegable and spent more time determining the best alternative. One of the three proposed putting concrete in an area which would have resulted in water flowing back toward the house--not a good thing. Mr. Volkov was slightly more expensive than the other two quotes. He showed up on time and took extreme care with plants (having to move several). The work took about three days. The results are outstanding. We plan to use Serguei Volkov on the next project, which involves a new section of driveway apron (adjacent to the street).

Serguei made sure I had the correct work done and made sure I understood what he was planning to do. His work and communication were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use Triangle Landscaping and Concrete again.

Serguei was very professional and helpful. He came out and took a look at what we wanted to do. He was very honest at the additional cost that would be involved due to the extremely steep grade of our yard and went through the options with us. Basically, he indicated the options would be to have some heavy equipment bring the concrete in which would rip up my yard quite a bit, or pay an additional hefty fee for a pump truck to pump the concrete into the area. Unfortunately, due to the additional cost of the pump truck, and the fact that we do not want to rip up our yard, we are going to opt to install another deck as opposed to a patio. I just wanted to say that Serguei's professionalism and honesty during the process was appreciated and helped us make a very informed decision. Aside of the additional cost of the pump truck, the pricing was very reasonable, and I'm certain we would have gone with Triangle Landscaping if our yard was "more cooperative".

Lisa and Serguei were prompt about responding to my request. They were able to give me an estimate over email given that the project was small, and this was the final price. There was great communication via email and phone about when the work could be scheduled. When Serguei came to do the work, he was friendly, professional, and great about explaining what he was doing and why. The new concrete was impeccable and I'm pleased with the new patio.

The lawn came out beautifully but has since died due to the hot weather.

Amazing job! Serguei, the owner of the company, came out to give an estimate. He was very fair and overly interested in making sure that I was satisfied with the end result. He gave 48 hour notice before showing up to start the job. He showed up on time and began working immediately. The job was completed in 2 days. He made sure not to pour the concrete until I inspected the forms and was happy. The concrete was poured, smoothed by hand, brushed, etc. It was a lot of work, done quickly and professionally. He made sure to clean up afterward, too. Very pleased with this company. So glad I found him!

Before I start my story, let me just say THIS IS THE CONTRACTOR YOU WANT TO USE! I contacted Serguei to inquire about having a concrete pad installed so that we could move our hot tub from the screened in porch to the pad. He called me within 24 hours (in fact, he called me, came and did an estimate, and completed the work before the three other contractors I contacted even returned my inquiry). He promptly came out to my house and provided an estimate for the work. While there I inquired about having some trees removed. He sent me an estimate within 24 hours. My wife and I decided to go with Serguei because of the reasonable estimate and the fact that he made us feel very comfortable by providing us with several options to meet our budget. Serguei told me that it would be no longer than two weeks before he would have the opening in his schedule to complete the work. He contacted me one week later and said he would be out the next day in the afternoon. He showed up as promised with one additional worker and they immediately began taking down the trees. They brought down all four trees and removed the debris within a few hours. Serguei then broke up the existing concrete step that needed to be removed and put down the gravel foundation for the concrete pad. I wanted to add a conduit into the setup so that the concrete could be poured around it and we would be able to run the electrical wire for the hot tub. Serguei showed me what to do so that he knew where the conduit should go when he poured the next day. Serguei showed up with the concrete truck at 8:00am the next morning. He made the concrete truck park out of the street and had the concrete brought around to the back of the house via wheelbarrow as he didn't want to risk the heavy truck damaging our driveway. By 10:00 the concrete was poured and he was cleaning it up aesthetically. He left at noon to go pour another pad for another customer and returned at 5:00pm to remove the blocking and clean up all debris. He advised me as to what to do if it rained that night. It did end up raining and I know that he came out the next morning to check on and make sure that the pad was still OK. One note on his integrity. While washing off his tools, he apparently broke a plastic coupling on my garden hose attachment. I never knew it happened until he handed me a brand new coupling and hose attachment when he stopped by to check on things. He could have never said anything and I never would have known that he broke it (I never even knew he used it). But he didn't, he took care of it and alerted me to the accident by replacing it on his own accord. That kind of integrity is sadly lacking today. After I paid him, I asked about the potential for having a stamped concrete walkway put in the front of the house to replace the bad walkway job down previously (by another landscaping company that received an "F" from me on Angie's list). His ballpark estimate for this work was VERY reasonable, so much so that after discussing it with my wife, we decided that we are going to contact Serguei and have him do that for us as well. In short, Serguei was wonderful to work with. He is professional and he does exactly what he tells you he is going to do when he tells you he will do it. His prices are some of the lowest we saw, and he didn't charge a single dime more than the written estimate provided. If you need concrete work done or trees removed, you should absolutely contact him. He is one of the best contractors that I have had the pleasure of working with.

Couldn't have been more pleased... Serguei and crew worked very hard, Lisa was very communicative along the way and the end result is a great look stamped concrete pad bordered by some soon to be fresh grass! Can't thank them enough and highly recommend them!!

He was by far the least expensive, and more importantly, was responsive and helpful with scheduling my estimate. I called three companies on the same day to get a quote, and I had his in hand before the others returned my call. He was also willing to work with me to find the most cost effective solution rather than charging me for a full walkway removal. He manually broke up the concrete and mixed bags of cement rather than charge me for the cement truck, and went the extra step to install rebar on my steps to solve the drainage issue that caused the problem in the first place. He made sure the job was finished professionally and to my satisfaction before leaving, and was very helpful about sending me a detailed invoice later for my records. All in all, I was very satisfied with his work and my new walkway looks great!
