+ -1 moreHe was very thorough and knowledgable about all aspects of the inspection. His advice saved me money because I was able to be very specific when asking for repairs from the seller. He was also patient and did a great job of explaining complicated equipment.
Description of Work: Thoroughly checked out entire home for problems. He also gave me many lessons in maintaining my new home. He showed me how to shut off valves and explained an appropriate maintenance schedule for filters, replacing batteries, etc.
