+ 0 moreBased on my experience I would not recommend True Plumbing based on the cost of the service provided when compared to what other larger plumbing companies in the area charge.
Description of Work: I contacted Stefan with True Plumbing after I was referred to him by a local realtor. I needed him to install a new toilet and new fixtures in the tub and shower in the master bathroom as well as check to confirm the status of a leak/damage that had occurred to the downstairs ceiling during previous plumbing work that had been performed. Although I felt that the total amount charged of $725 was high due to the circumstances I was in a position where I had to proceed forward with having True Plumbing perform this work. I showed the bill of $725 to another plumber as well as to a large plumbing company after True Plumbing performed the work and both individual's indicated they would not have charged more than $500 for the work performed. Prior to receiving this feedback from the other plumbers/plumbing services I had asked True Plumbing to provide a quote to trim 2 lavoratory sinks with new faucets and drains. The quote provided by True Plumbing came to $450. For this job however I was able to request another quote for these services and Streamline plumbing quoted and charged me only $200 to install the new faucets and drains. I did contact Stefan directly after receiving the feedback regarding pricing from the other plumbers and questioned him about the large discrepancies in pricing for plumbing services performed by True Plumbing. He has not returned my call nor my email regarding.

Description of Work: Stefan was great, on-time and very professional. He has even answered some additional questions and offered is professional input on regarding some projects we are planning at no-cost. Luckily, we don't have many plumbing issues, but when we do he will be who we call.

+ -1 moreWe found Stefan to be courteous and friendly.. He arrived at the time he said he would and didn't try to up sell us on things we didn't really need. This we appreciated. He also offered some free advice on how to extend the life of our hot water heater which was appreciated. I would definitely call him again and suggest his plumbing services to friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: Minor plumbing repairs at our home. Fixed loose kitchen faucet and inspected a few other items. Gave us a tip on how to flush out our hot water heater, that would then extend its life.
