Matt Patmon (owner) answered the call and was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He was able to detail the issue they identified and explain how the chosen remedy of the sellers should resolve the issue. He also stressed the importance of doing quality work and how much he values their reputation which really put my mind at ease. While I didnt pay for services this time, I would definitely call Triangle Radiant Barrier if I ever needed the services they provide.

The installation was quick, professional and the end result is an upstairs that is now degrees cooler and an HVAC system that isn't constantly running! Would highly recommend to anyone else.

The crew came in and did an excellent job. They got around a lot of difficult corners and low spots in the crawlspace. When they did the attic insulation they were very meticulous about keeping the house clean and made sure the insulation was measured to keep the amount of material within code. All in all it was done efficiently and did not leave any kind of mess (which is not always easy with this stuff). So I would recommend to anyone needing this service.

My husband & I hired Triangle Radiant Barrier to help us with a handful of insulation and draft issues in our 10 year old house. We are not easy to impress and hold our contractors to very high standards - and Matt FAR exceeded our expectations! Throughout the whole process, Matt was the utmost professional - from the 4 hour energy audit we had done to the final quality control check - everything was top notch. His estimate was very detailed and his installers did a great job. We had a minor glitch with one of the installers in the crawlspace hitting a wire and a pipe, but it was fixed professionally by licensed tradesmen without us even asking. Quality control was great and Matt and his team left our house in better shape and cleaner than it was when they first stepped in. We couldn't be happier.

Triangle Radiant Barrier and Matt Patmon have both earned A+ marks from me and my family! Here’s why: My home has had a sealed crawlspace for many years. When our water heater went out last week without warning, the plumber indicated that as part of the water heater replacement that he would have to cut free the old appliance from the encapsulated crawlspace. Knowing that the installer of the crawlspace seal stressed that any rips or breaks in the seal should be repaired immediately, we tried contacting the installer but learned that he had sold his business a year earlier and moved out of state. With the Thanksgiving holiday only two days away, multiple referrals to crawlspace seal companies led to the same result: “We cannot get to you until days or a week after Thanksgiving.” We needed a water heater, but we also needed our humidity-controlled crawlspace – and the significant investment made in sealing it originally – to be protected. Then I learned from neighbors that calling Triangle Radiant Barrier would be worth a shot, and, boy, were they right. I called Mr. Patmon and explained the situation. He said, “No problem. How about I drop by there on the way back from another appointment?” To my pleasant surprise he meant the very same day and not the next week! He arrived the same day, during the time he set that afternoon (actually 30 minutes early), and quickly exhibited why he earned the BPI Certified Energy Consultant designation. Mr. Patmon made the repairs expertly and even helped address another area in the seal and provided helpful advice for going forward. What a great first impression! Very well. We are very pleased with the results of our crawlspace barrier! The radiant barrier and vapor barrier has provided a clean environment, free of insects and falling fiberglass insulation previously used to insulate our crawlspace. Matt is an absolute pleasure to work with and very experienced with this crawlspace option for his customers. The technician who installed the barriers was quiet, completed the job in three days, and was very professional while he was here. At job completion, Matt did a final inspection and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We would definitely use this company again for any future insulation considerations.

Matt was great, and did a fantastic job for a great price. He didn't try to up-sell me into more than I needed. He was hard to get ahold of at times when we were planning the job, but he did always respond, it was just a bit delayed. I think this is a reflection of the way he does business as he should stay busy if he keeps being honest.

Matt came to my home inspected the the basement very clearly explained why the system I had wasnt working properly and outlined a plan to take care of the problem. No sales pitch or pressure just a clear explanation of the process. We agreed on price and scope of work and scheduled the job. Matt and the crew came out got to work did everything they said they would do in a timely fashion and best of all left me cleanup or mess. I would highly recommend Matt .Since the job has been completed I can feel a noticeable difference in the basement.

Great Company and a very exciting product. After extensive research I decided to move forward on having my crawl space sealed. I contacted Matt (owner of Triangle Radiant Barrier) and after the home demonstration/consultation that Matt provided I decided to not only have my crawl space sealed but to have Radiant Barrier installed in my attic as well (rafters and ceiling). Matt's installation crew was very professional and accommodating, Matt kept me informed throughout the installation process and personally walked me (sometimes crawled with me) through my attic and crawl space to review the completed work.
