It went very well.
Description of Work: We replaced all of our exterior windows and the siding and they did a very quick and efficient job. Then we hired them to demo our deck and rebuild a very large deck, including a few built-ins and a hot tub and screening. They also replaced all the gutters. The crew was very good. Good workmanship and when needing to fix a few things, came back with no issues.

Good process of estimation and job proposal.Mr Garner generates good confidence in his company's capability to get the job done rightGood installation of roof, siding.Good construction of portico.Mr Lindsey managed the job well and kept me informed of how and when job parts would take place. Mr Lindsey also responded promptly to my questions and requests about the job.The only negative worth noting is that the siding crew left a lot of small sharp waste pieces of siding and aluminum trim all around the house, and some nails. They tried to clean up but there was a huge number of little cut pieces to find. I will be finding them myself for awhile.Aside from that, cleanup was good.
Description of Work: New roof, new plastic siding and aluminum wrapping of exposed wood trim, constructed small portico over front stoop.

We had several other companies quote our job - and we'd gotten down to our top 2 vendor choices. We met with Mike Lindsey several times (very patient) for color and design help (Beth came with him a couple of times to help us figure out what colors would look best) and after calling several references we were very pleased to award our job to Triangle. Mike stayed connected with us all along the way. Our biggest challenge was the rain and Mike's guys worked on the weekend to make up for lost time. The siding looks amazing and the painting was top notch! The house looks up-to-date now and we know that Mike will be there if we have any questions or concerns. They did a great job - Mike's siding and painting teams were punctual, professional and hard working!!
Description of Work: Replaced all Masonite with color plus hardie plank, enlarged gutter downspouts, replaced rotted wood and painted all trim on the house. Also installed a new side door on garage and installed decorative hardware on the garage doors.

Overall excellent experience. We researched and comparison shopped for replacement roof, windows and siding...roof was shot and leaked, windows leaked and hardboard masonite siding needed replacing. After obtaining a number of quotes from several competitors and comparing qualifications, price, value, product quality, certifications etc., we chose Triangle Home Exteriors (THE). Ricky was very quick to respond back as we narrowed down what we wanted. Influencing factors: THE is General Contractor - we originally were going to go over 30K and a GC is necessary if you do...besides it offers other benefits even if the price is lower at no additional cost based on comparison estimates. Ricky offered us a verbal commitment to making us happy with work - of course that is useless unless in writing - but even so, no other estimators told us that. The work did come with a warranty nonetheless. PRICE - price was very competitive, particularly on windows - two of which were custom. Roof was also competitive - siding was normal. ANGIES List REVIEWS - all reviews were good except one, which had to do with not running a tight ship - in our experience, the operation was managed very well - probably could have used a final nail magnet sweep after all work completed -found some after, but that is minor. CERTIFICATIONS - THE is certified Hardiplank installer and Certainteed Master. ROOF - We chose Landmark Certainteed for roof - this product got better reviews than brands...Triangle was certified Master for this brand, THE provided one of the most competitive prices for this with added benefit of certification. Hand nailed shingles was a plus. Installed batting in attic to close off gable vents...very professional help for that. WINDOWS - THE uses WeatherLok brand- we found not much difference on window manufacturers, just the level of window quality in each manufacturer. Since we had 25 double hung windows replaced plus 2 large custom windows (and sill rot!) we found the price and features to be an excellent value with THE - particularly because THE throws in lifetime glass breakage and "ultra" argon upgrade at same price - presumably based on relationship with vendor. Windows were installed without a hitch and timely - Mike (PM) called to schedule delivery and installation and was very professional - got the job done - supervised custom installation. Installer (George) was very qualified and did an excellent job - making sure we were happy when we asked to change inside molding a bit to match existing. Interior detail finish was done timely and high quality. SIDING - Did one side only because of roof leak, but extra benefit of try before whole house done. We decided on pre-primed rather than baked in paint on hardiplank replacement. Very satisfied with that decision as well as finished product. Installed one side of house in one day - very fast and great work. Specific tasks in contract/quote were not as specific as we would have liked, so we tightened up the language a bit. We plan on having the remainder of the house resided with hardiplank, gutters and soffits, and add a porch once this round is paid off. We would definitely use Triangle again.
Description of Work: Replaced roof, skylights, replaced windows, replaced rot, installed hardiplank siding on one side of house.

My twenty year old house was originally sided with Masonite. The Masonite was rotting, swelling, and looked awful. We didn?t want to spend a lot of money to keep maintaining the Masonite with rotten board replacement and painting, so we decided to find a quality company that could replace ALL the Masonite with James Hardie color-plus planks. We went to a few Home Shows, and met a lot of contractors and salesmen. We made over ten phone calls, and had three companies come to the house to give bids on the siding job. It was during this bidding process that we decided that the windows would need to be replaced also. The old windows were trimmed in wood and were starting to rot and leak. Triangle Home Exteriors, and Ricky Garner stood out from the start. We met Rick and Mike at a Home Show in Raleigh, and we were impressed with their product display and their knowledge. Ricky came to our house and spent several hours measuring, calculating, and answering my questions. The fact that he is a licensed contractor, made me feel comfortable and confident about his suggestions and knowledge. On the very first day, Ricky gave me his bid. My husband didn?t need to be there, and Rick didn?t pressure me or talk over me during the whole process. The other contractors that came to my house had to make a special appointment so my husband and I would both be home for the contract and price bid. One company forced us to watch a video and sit through a long rehearsed script. Ricky was kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I asked him to come back so my husband could meet him and ask more questions. Rick was happy to oblige. When my husband met Ricky, he was very impressed. My husband decided he wanted to get an additional roof bid too. Now, that?s a vote of confidence! Ricky won the bid hands down?his price was competitive, but it was his knowledge, confidence, and his demeanor that sold us. We are glad too?we feel lucky to have found T.H.E.! The job took about four weeks from start to finish. The first two weeks were wild and loud, and the last two weeks were slower due to the nature of the work?finishing up, painting, and porch carpentry. Oh yea, we decided to get new gutters and have the porch rails and balusters replaced with composite. So the scope of the job was BIG and perfection requires patience, so I was happy to be patient. My old house looks brand new. I have double hung vinyl windows that look gorgeous and open and close effortlessly. My siding looks impeccable and I won?t have to paint for fifteen years?yep, that?s right, FIFTEEN years! The new roof looks stunning with the siding and shutters, and the new glossy gutters and downspouts are great! Rick noticed my garage door had an old and crumbling weather strip, so he called his ?garage guy? to come out and replace it. Jason, the garage guy came and replaced the aluminum and weather stripping and oiled up my garage coil too! Woot! With a job this big, a glitch here and there is inevitable. Some of picture windows I ordered were made of obscured glass. It was a manufacturer?s error and both Ricky and Mike were quick to come up with solutions. The windows ended up being installed and the glass was replaced the next week by a professional?easy peasy and beautiful! Mike Lindsay is the project manager once the work actually begins. I really liked Mike and found him smart, quick, kind and very professional. Both Mike and Ricky came to my house the first morning and we went over all the details together as we walked around the house. Soon after, the materials, garbage bin, and porta-potty were in place, and the work began. Mike then became my daily contact. He is the liaison between the crews, and the homeowners. He supervises all the work, and coordinates supplies and the overall time-line for the job. Mike is a superb multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, and knowledge. We spoke daily, and I often saw him daily. Mike has to keep everyone happy and sometimes that?s hard, but he does everything he can to make sure the wheels roll smoothly during the ?ride?. I enjoyed our conversations and I know Mike listened when I gave a compliment or made a suggestion. Mike is a perfectionist too, so he was always watching the work, and making sure it was done correctly and beautifully. Ricky and Mike make a wonderful team. So, in the course of four weeks, I got to meet and watch many crews, such as the siding crew, the roofing crew, the gutter crew, the window crew, and the painting and carpentry crew. All the workers are prompt, polite, hard-working, and quick to clean-up any debris. The quality of work is amazing?the siders are gifted craftsmen that work like machines. The siding (minus the caulking) was complete in five days and the house was totally transformed. I like the fact that the painters come in last and do the entire? fine and detailed finish? work?it takes time, but it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Triangle Home Exteriors. I feel fortunate to have found them. Make sure you take photos every day of the job, so you can watch the transformation?you will be amazed! I smile every time I pull into the driveway and look at my house?it looks fantastic. Triangle Home Exteriors offers excellent quality and value. The people are pretty great too!
Description of Work: Replaced twenty year old Masonite with Hardie plank color-plus-- fabulous! Replaced old stained shingles with an entirely new roof in Moire black--lovely! New gutters and downspouts-so nice! Replaced all windows with double hung vinyl windows-- my old leaky wooden windows are history! Replaced wood rails and balusters with Timber Tech composite on front porch-- maintenance free!

The entire experience was okay. I was surprised at how long it took to complete the job - 3 weeks. Part of the extra time was the town of Cary inspectors but, Triangle Home did everything right to meet the town's code. When we had a complaint, they'd come out very quickly and take care of it.

We apologize for your wast of time. Although we try to be perfect, at times we all fall short of it. Mike has been very busy, as all of us have in the construction field. He simply lost track of your proposal. Sorry again for your bad experience. Regards, Ricky Garner President

I should have done this review a while ago but got busy and just didn't sit down to write it out. Our house was built in 1994 and the vinyl siding, construction grade windows and shingles were all past due for replacement. We obtained about 8 or 10 different quotes and decided to go with Triangle Home Exteriors in the end. We were very happy with the service that Triangle Home Exteriors provided. The quote was punctual and reasonable. They weren't the lowest bid on the list but not the highest either. We chose this company because they offered some really good ideas to help improve our house from the get go and we also appreciated that they did not apply any of the pressure sales tactics that we were seeing from others. The job went very well, with the crew showing up on time and working throughout the day each day. When they got to the metal roof progress was a little slower but that was ok because we were seeing such a high level of quality in the workmanship. It has been about 9 or 10 months since the work was completed and we are still very happy with the work that was performed. The house looks great and I never get tired of looking at it. The new siding and roof have also helped us cut some cost from our monthly electric bills.

After 20 years, our Masonite siding was on it's death bed so we took the plunge and replaced everything while redesigning the curb appeal of our home. We received 6 estimates, RIck with Triangle Home Exteriors was right in line with 4 others and much below another well-known siding company in the area. Rick was very thorough in his initial evaluation and provided very detailed information about the products. He offered his opinion on the design of the front of the house as we looked to incorporate stone which I very much appreciated in the end as we went with his ideas and the final results are wonderful. The crew arrived on time every morning, the worked diligently while here and cleaned up at the end of every day. The project manager Mike called each morning to give me an update and answer any questions. He was on site frequently and immediately addressed any questions or concerns I had. He was always readily available by cell phone as well. Given the fact that the work was being done in early spring, there were many days that rain interrupted work and Mike always let me know the plan. Overall the siding and stone installation and painting took 2-3 weeks. Rick also ordered a garage door and front door for us. He was very patient with the decision making process as we were very unsure of exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we purchased a woodgrain garage door which was prefinished and Mike and his crew were able to match the stain for the front door and the beadboard in the porch ceiling to the garage door color. The only complication with the project was the subject of light fixtures on either side of the garage door. There were none there to start then after the stone was placed around the garage, we decided we would like them there. Mike had the stone layer come make some changes so that lights could be placed. Then there was another issue with the size of the openings for the size of the lights, so Mike sent the stone layer back out to make more changes. Mike never complained or made any remarks about it despite the fact that we were swaying from the original plan and complicating his workload. He gladly took care of everything. In the end, the price I paid was the exact price that Rick quoted from the beginning. I am always concerned about getting nickeled and dimed on construction projects but that was absolutely not the case with these guys. They are very clear about the pricing and the payment schedule from the start. I will definitely call RIck again for any other exterior home improvements I need done.
Description of Work: Replaced masonite siding with Hardiplank Colorplus, replaced rotten trim and painted trim, added stone veneer to front of house, replaced front door, replaced garage door, replaced porch ceiling with stained beadboard, covered over gable vents with siding.

Rick Garner met me at a convenient time to put together an estimate and spent time discussing his assumptions and quote. I asked him for an optional price to add a layer of foam insulation to the proposal. I did have one proposal in-hand already but was awaiting a third. After receiving the third proposal, I was most comfortable with the value of THE's quote. After the work started, Project Manager Mike Lindsey very flexible in working with me on various items that needed coordination. His crew was very efficient and diligent. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their work areas and made sure to keep materials stacked neatly out of the way. During the course of the job, I decided that it was a good time to replace a specialty bathroom window, Mike and the crew worked around the area while the window was on order. After the window was delivered a couple weeks later, a crew returned to install it and finish the siding around the area. In summary, the price/value was very good, the quality of work was very good and the Project Manager and crew were very flexible and accommodating to work with.
Description of Work: Removed Masonite siding, trim and fascia. Some sheathing and soffit had to be repaired due to water infiltration over the years. House wrap barrier was installed and a layer of foam insulation was installed. New Hardie Color-Plus trim and fascia was installed before installing Hardie Color-Plus fiber cement siding.

The work was exceptional and very professional. All of the steps that Triangle took were explained to me in detail prior to them doing the work. I had received two quotes for the work before talking with Triangle. The first was about the same price as Triangle but they would not do my window capping, downspouts or shutters, the second quote was about twice that of Triangle but agreed to do the downspouts, capping and shutters. After talking with Triangle, I was certain that they would do a great job and I was not mistaken. I would and will contact them for any and all home exterior projects I need done in the future.
Description of Work: Triangle Home Exteriors replaced all of my siding and exposed fascia and corners with Hardi Plank, capped all windows and doors with aluminum. They also replaced my shutters and all of my downspouts, removing the 3x4 downspouts and installing 4x6.

The Summary:My wife and I contracted with Triangle Home Exteriors (THE) to completely reside my 2100 sq.ft. home with Hardie-Plank. The work included the tear down of all siding and trim pieces, installing Jame's Hardie siding and trim pieces, repair of some water damaged boards, painting the whole house, and a complete clean up our property. At the time of the bid, Rick (one of the owner's of THE) told me how long the project would take and how long to expect each phase to take to complete. For the most part, the project went as scheduled. My wife and I are very pleased with the complete project. It was completed on the time table that I expected considering some delays due to weather. Everyone involved - including Rick, Mike (the project lead), and the siding and painting crews - was polite, and professional. I was especially impressed with the siding crew who were extremely focused and efficient in their work. The best recommendation I can give to anyone is to say that I would use them again... in this case, I would not hesitate to contact THE for any future home projects. Below I have captured some detailed thoughts/comments about the complete process. The bid process - Got 5 estimates, Triangle Home Exterior's (THE) estimate was in the middle or the price range of all estimates I received- Impressed with all the company representatives that came to my home to do provide the estimates. However, I decided early on that I would be as cautious/critical of the more expensive estimates as I would be of the least expensive one. - Rick presented himself as knowledgeable (gave me the same or better details on what work would be involved to complete my home as all other estimates including the most expensive), professional (on time, presentation, polite, knowledgeable) and seem to be honest and have integrity - Deciding which contractor to go with was very difficult. In the end, I made the decision to go with THE due to Rick's presentation and the way he presented himself, price (middle) of the job, the knowledge that seemed to be displayed by the owner, the positive ratings/comments about THE on Angie's List, and the request of THE (backed up by a discount) that I would post a review/rating - either positive or negative - on Angie's List after the job was completed. To me the request to post a review on Angie's List represented a confidence in THE's ability to deliver on a quality job. Up to job start time. - Via email and phone calls, I was kept aware of what to expect as the start date as the project neared. There was a one day delay in starting the job due to weather. The Job- On the first day, Rick and the project manager (Mike) showed up on time. We again went through each phase of the work plan which again gave me confidence that I made the right decision- Once they got started the crews worked hard, very hard and tried their best to keep the work site organized, special care was taken not to disrupt neighbors yards. At one point, I overheard Mike request the crew to move a couple boards that were maybe a foot or two on my neighbor's property line. Impressive. - On the second day, a board being removed fell on my outside spigot, and caused it to leak. A plumber was called in immediately, I was called at work, the repair was done, and an inspection under the house and inside my home was done to make sure that no other damage - as unlikely as it was - was made to any other piping. The situation was handled professionally and honestly - exactly what I would expect. - At all times, I was impressed by the siding crew and the work the did- Then the paint job was started. During the 3 to 4 days of painting there were times that I was unhappy with what I thought was carelessness with the painting. For example I thought that getting paint on the flashing was the result of being sloppy. However, I soon realized that the painters painted all the flashing and other spots that I did not expect them to pain. In the end the paint job looked very nice.

It went very very well. Ricky provided a quotation (1 of 4) that was detailed and clear. Although his was next to the lowest bid (only by a couple of hundred $'s), I felt he would do the best job during and after the work cycle. Service doesn't necessarily end when the job is completed and I wasn't going to penny-pinch such a large job. His work crews arrived when he said they would and were very professional. Rick and Mike were easily accessible by phone and met with me frequently throughout the project. I got my money's worth and then some ... I didn't nickel-and-dime the job and they didn't nickel-and-dime me. The house looks great!!

Let me just say I have been told by friends and co-workers that I can be a pretty picky person and I guess when it comes to my first and probably my last home I think I am. (Have been in our older home for about 4 years and did a lot of remodeling ourselves) I was extremely nervous about how the work/materials I was choosing would turn out and kept requesting Rick give me different estimates and a few different samples. Not once did he act like anything I was asking was bothersome, he was professional, prompt and courteous with everything presented in writing. The morning the job began I felt like I was on an episode of extreme home makeover because Rick had lined everything up so plenty of people were arriving at my home (workers, material delivery, dumpster delivery, port a potty, etc...) We (my husband and I) meet his teams, Mike (his great foreman) and was walked around the house going over details of the job again prior to starting. I can honestly say everything went pretty smoothly and quickly (less than 2 wks to complete thanks to the hard work his talented teams put in) Each day everything was cleaned up and supplies put away/covered. The days we had to work we would receive a phone call from Mike with details of progress made or details of what was scheduled for the next day. Sometimes I would leave lists for Mike of small things I may have noticed and not only did he complete the list, he would add anything he noticed to it. I am so happy we found Rick and his team and are so happy with the results. I really wanted to have that WOW factor when my home was completed and they definitely helped us accomplish that. The attention to detail was great--I wasn't expecting to have the brick step to my porch covered with the stone veneer ( I figured they would just go around it) but not only did they tie it in with the stone veneer, they also installed a flagstone to the top beautifully. From painting my ugly meter box to putting my blinds back up in my house, what can I say? My porches turned out great as well- the choice deck one looks like something out of a magazine and I love the way they constructed square rails on the treated lumber one and closed in the steps. If your like me, you have probably heard a lot of horror stories from people who have paid good money to have work performed but the work fell short or workers did not show up. I can assure you this is not the case with this company!!!!! I can not thank them enough for making my vision of my dream home come to life. They are not a cut corners type of company they are a do it right details matter type company that you can trust your home to and I wish them a prosperous future :)

Contractor was very responsive & professional - an itemized estimate was provided & all details were reviewed before the start of the job. Job supervisor was on job site every day. Work crews started early & worked till dark. At the end of the day all of the debris was placed in dumpster & the site was left in a orderly manner. We would highly recommend this contractor for any job - big or small.
Description of Work: Home was built in 1994. Masonite siding & windows were deteriorated. After reviewing all the options - we chose -James Hardie Color Plus Siding, aluminum on fascis & vinyl soffit in eaves . 15 old windows were replaced with Simonton 5500 Series - white vinyl windows with grids inside . We had a exterior & interior door replaced plus the front porch & railing painted. Due to age of roof & missing shingles - we decided to replace roof & chose - Certainteed Landmark Shingles. The coloring of the shingles gives the house a complete different appearance. We are extremely impressed with the final results.

Triangle Home gave me a very competitive quote to replace all the old siding on my house with new Hardie Color Plus. They removed all the old siding first and cleaned up well, wrapped the whole house in Hardie materials, then replaced everything. They redid the soffits, all fascia, all gutters, and all the boards on the house very quickly and the job came out great. The work crew was very good and punctual, the project manager did an excellent job answering any questions or concerns I had. They even replaced the plants the crew accidentally broke some limbs on while performing all the work. I would recommend them and use them again if I had the need.
Description of Work: Complete demo of outside of home, removing all Masonite and fascia. Full Hardie color plus install with boards, trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Cleanup of the jobsite.

Overall, would not hire again. Contract process was ok. They wish to put as little detail as possible in the "contract". Make sure that you include every little detail you want. Their gutter sub asked us to make a last minute decision instead of reviewing all choices during contracting. They claim they will protect the shrubs and trees in the work area and do a "magnet sweep". Trees were damaged and debris was left behind. Our yard service had to come back another day because they left a pile of the old gutters and rotten wood in the yard for multiple days. They make a big deal about not wanting to be paid until after the work is completed. This appears to be more of a freedom to schedule than a benefit to the customer. They pulled off some people to work on another job and took longer than originally suggested. Workers arrived late, left for hours during the day, left early. And yet at the end, eventhough they were asked to correct a number of problems, management was angry and rude that they were not getting paid.
Description of Work: Repaired/replaced rotten fascia and soffit, replaced gutters with wider 6", painted front railings, door and replaced wood, power-washed siding/house prior to paint.

They did all of the work as expected in the time frame promised. The work was excellent and the attention to detail was also excellent. By the time we did the walk-through, even small details we had noticed but did not plan to mention had been taken care of. The yard was left spotless - they even blew our leaves looking for nails! From now on all future work we have done will be compared to the standard set by this company. I can't recommend them enough.
Description of Work: Entire house siding replaced with Hardiplank, trim replaced with hardiplank, vinyl, or aluminum, 13 windows replaced with argon windows, a brick half-step built, front door painted, gutters replaced and gutter helmets added.

On the day the work was to start, Mike Lindsey (Site Supervisor) and the roofing crew (sub-contractors) showed up precisely when they said they would (8:00am). Less than five minutes later, the dumpster and all the roofing materials arrived. Mike was careful to find out where on the property to place the dumpster and all the materials rather than just dictating where they had to go. The crew got started immediately tearing off the old roof. They worked all day with only one stop for lunch. They eventually ran out of light and the crew foreman had to come back the next day to almost finish the job. (More on that below) Before they left, they were careful to go all over our property picking up debris and doing a magnetic sweep for nails. The foreman did the same on the second day; Mike came back and finished the last bit of work on the third day. As to the quality of the work, it's still early. Near the end of the first day as the light was fading, they were "flying" through the roof and I was somewhat concerned that perhaps they'd not done the best job on the last section. Once the job was complete and Mike was doing his walkthrough on the roof, I expressed my concern to him and he invited me to come up and see for myself what kind of job they'd done. We lifted up three shingles chosen at random on that part of the roof... every one had four nails equally spaced and right on the line where they were supposed to be! Even in their haste, they'd done things by the book. The only negative thing I'd say is that for whatever reason, they didn't order enough shingles to complete the job in one stretch. Mike had to go back out looking for more; that's why they didn't manage to finish in one day as promised. The next day was Saturday and the crew foreman just couldn't finish all the work alone, so my roof job stretched from Friday through Monday. However, they completely covered the unfinished parts each day so that even if it had rained -- which it didn't -- I'd have been protected. It really didn't cause us any problem, but ordering the proper number of shingles seems like a "no brainer" to me ... that's why I rated them a little lower in Professionalism. Triangle Home Exteriors was a dream to deal with. Rick Garner (Owner / President) showed up right on time for our first appointment and afterwards was always responsive to my inquiries. He made himself available to answer all my questions, even after normal business hours. Mike was equally accomodating; he was there for most of the roof installation and never seemed too busy to address any concerns I had. This is a relatively young company ... only five years old. However, Mike has spent 30 years in construction and the crew foreman has been roofing for 17 years, so while the company is young, there's a LOT of experience in the people who are actually doing and supervising the work. We'd have absolutely NO hesitation in having this company do additional work for us.
Description of Work: Triangle Home Exteriors removed the old roof from our house down to the plywood deck and installed a new roof. This included all new pipe boots and chimney flashing. They added a ridge vent and even went into my attic to block off the gable vents so as to allow the ridge vent to pull all of the air flow through the soffit.

Our experience was great. They showed up on time with about 10 subs and worked from 7:30am until dark. They also worked on Saturday. The subs were great and everyone had a job and kept busy. There was no standing around and every sub seemed like and expert in whatever task he was working on. Rick is the owner and he was there most of the first day and also stopped in several times throughout the project. Mike was the superintendent and he was also there for several hours every day. Additionally there was a foreman to manage the crew. We felt like we were in great hands. My husband works from home so it was important to us that the job was completed in a timely fashion. This project took 7 days start to finish and our house looks brand new!
Description of Work: Our house is 2000 sf. We had all the Masonite removed and they replaced a lot of the water damaged sheathing. They installed house wrap and 1/2 halfback insulation then put up 8" Hardi Plank color plus siding. We paid extra for the color plus siding which is painted in the factory and doesn't have to be painted again for 15 years. We did part of the house in shakes for an updated look. We also replaced 7 windows with Simonton 5500 series (energy saver). They wrapped all the windows with aluminum and put up vinyl soffit in eaves and front porch ceiling. We also got new gutters and they painted the chimney cap, crawl space door and all the wood trim on the front porch as well as the front door.

It began with a very comprehensive estimate. Once we decided to go with them, we had them over to sign a contract and to pick a start date. Once started the job went very smooth. As you can see we had many project contracted. Triangle Home Exteriors went from one project to the next and was in constant communication with us to keep us updated on the progress. At the end of the job we had a detailed walk through with our salesman to ensure all was done in accordance with the contract. Very happy with process, workers, and job supervision.
Description of Work: We had Triangle Home Exteriors install siding, windows, roofing, and a screened porch to our home.
