Things went well after a slow start. Mike Lindsay and Superintendent Brandon Freeman were very personable and responsive.

We went to a Home and Garden Show and spoke to Mike the owner. We were given an appointment that was convenient for us. Mike came at set time and went over the price, product and all the guarantees. We had other estimates so Mike's was where we wanted to be. We hired him, we had used him 3 years ago for all new windows, back doors and vinyl siding. We weren't home when the roof was being replaced but our neighbors said the ground around our house was covered. The crew of about 10 people were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Mike was waiting for us when we got home to look at the roof to make sure we were happy with it. We had many compliments from neighbors on how nice our roof looks. We highly recommend Mike and Triangle Home Exteriors. We are having him come back in the spring to replace our front door.

After living 30 years in our house we needed a complete exterior update and repair. I interviewed several companies for the job because, after the experience of having an addition put on the house 17 years ago, I knew how important it was to get a good contractor who I could trust. I liked the fact that Mike Lindsey is a licensed general contractor and it paid off, for sure, in how smoothly this project went. Mike is very professional, does the job the way it should be done, and is a man of integrity. He did not consider the job complete until we were totally happy and he made sure everything was done to the highest standards. We were very pleased with how quickly the work was done, the way the crews conducted themselves, and were totally happy with the quality of the work and the lack of problems as the work progressed. If Mike saw something that needed to be done, or corrected, he stepped in and got it done. He was great to give us advice and even helped us with some of the work we took on ourselves, such as installing a new front door, as a courtesy, and because he's just a really nice guy who wants his customers to be happy. We had a completely positive experience with this company and were totally satisfied. We highly recommend this company.

Most of work was done professionally and in a timely manner - with no issues. We were not completely satisfied with the roofing work. Our concerns were addressed immediately. Overall it was a surprisingly great experience. We were impressed at the efforts the work crews made to restore our yard to its original condition.

Contractor did not show up for first appointment because, for some reason, his office did not inform him of the appointment. On the second appointment, it was late in the afternoon and he did not have time to go over all the details, but he took dimensions of house, etc. His quotation was too high for my budget.

We had our whole house replaced with vinyl siding and are happy. As first time homeowners we don't have a similar experience to compare this to, but feel that the length of time and price were fair after getting some other estimates. The gentleman that came to give us our quote spent a great deal of time and attention, much more than anyone else. The office staff was friendly and helpful when we needed documents for our HOA. During the renovation our power got knocked out, and Mike jumped on top of the situation and was extremely professional. Communication was good and we felt like we were well taken care of during the whole process. We would recommend Triangle Home to anyone looking for new siding!

The work went very well. Our contractor Mike Lindsey is very efficient and easy to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely matter and was very willing to correct any problems (which there were very few problems). His crews worked well together and were very fast getting the job done. The entire experience was quite good. I would definitely call them again for any exterior work we might need done.

They did a phenomenal job. We were extremely happy with them. They were very responsive and the quality was excellent. We love what they did. They went around and made sure they cleaned up all the nails and everything else every day after they were done. Everything went very well. It went longer than expected because we got some real bad weather, but it was fine. You can't help the weather.

Very well, better than expected; Addendum: Almost a year later... it turned out that a nail, used in the new siding, was driven into a drain pipe. The nail caused a leak that occurred when the washer machine emptied after a full load; so it didn't leak all the time and not too much at a time. It took about 9 months before we realized we had a water leak. After removing portions of the interior wall; the plumber found the leak, found the nail and replaced the pierced pipe. The good news - After discussing the problem with Triangle Home Exteriors they offered to fully reimburse us for all costs; plumbing and wall repair, and painting. Now that is what I call giving the customer full satisfaction.

The contractor came to my home and assessed the condition of the exterior. He estimated the cost to repair rot, replace masonite boards where needed, and to paint. Estimate also included replacement of the gutters since some of the wood behind the gutters was rotten. He was very thoughtful and thorough in his estimate and provided a guarantee for his work, however I didn't think there was extensive rot behind the gutters and replacing the gutters would be an unnecessary expense. I decided on another company that just repaired and painted as I had other home expenses and didn't want to take on additional expense at the time.

Prompt, professional service. Finished job in under an hour, and problem was fixed.

Project manager Mike Lindsay was in evidence on a regular basis and kept us informed about things like needing to turn off power briefly. The project was finished in a timely way, even with some wintry weather delays. The workers all seemed knowledgable, skilled and paid lots of attention to details. The clean-up was very,vey impressive, especially given how messy this kind of job can be. Our house looks wonderful and the new energy-efficient windows are great! We have received a number of unsolicited kudos from neighbors. We couldn't be happier with the work of the people at Triangle Home Exteriors and would strongly recommend this company to others considering this kind of home improvement .

They were wonderful. They were so good. The representative that came out spent a lot of time answering our questions and any of our concerns were explained. They were great. They cleaned up and everything.
