Excellent service and really high quality workmanship

Greg was prompt and easy to talk to. We had purchased a coupon from Angie's List for 3 hours of work with 2 people for $159. They were only able to complete the job on one window and the surrounding siding, but he painted the siding for me too, which was not expected. I'll definitely ask him to come back to do more repairs around house.

The job was done fine. However we were charged an extra $200 of ladder fee which more than doubled the price. When I disagreed about the fee he became very impatient and I would say, rood. Not very happy about that.

Repair work was excellent. My disappointment is with the "extra charges" : $30 fuel surcharge and $100 for using the longest ladder. Both were supposedly stated on the coupon but I could not find it. However, the price was still good... just not as good as I was led to believe.

Work was done within the allotted time and this included a trip to the local Lowes to purchase the replacement materials. Site cleanup was excellent.

Not only was the original work requested performed but I had purchased another Angie's list deal to re-tile my master bathroom. That provider failed to show up so Triangle Home Care stepped in there too and provided top notch results! Would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time and professionally completed the job. They willingly answered questions about future major roofing needs that they do not provide. I would definitely use them again.

Greg, the guy who did the work, was great. He thoroughly explained what work would need to be done, completed it quickly, and seems to have done a pretty good job. We had a verbally agreed on a total price for the work to be done and when he was finished I handed him a check for the amount not remembering I had already paid for some of it via this Angie's list offer. When I realized my mistake, I contacted their office only to be told that the price we agreed to apparently didn't include the amount I already paid and was sent an invoice showing the new total. I've tried to argue but they have now stopped contacting me. I recognize it's my fault for overpaying but their response to this has been very disappointing. Don't make my mistake and be sure to work out any costs beforehand before paying.

I had one worker for three hours. The other worker had domestic issues and did not show up. The worker who did show up did some of what I asked, but the "gold plating" he did was not wanted. He put up window molding around my window that I was getting ready to paint and did not want installed. I now have to tear down the window molding which will probably destroy it so I have to buy new pieces get them cut and start over. This "nice thing" he did for me it's going to cost me money and aggravation. He cut another board which was too short so I'm going to have to remove it. However he power nailed it into my Hardwood floor. And another spot he drilled a hole through the bottom the cabinet and into my hardwood floor to put a board in that I did not want Now I have a hole in my cabinet bottom and in my hardwood floor that I'm going to have to fill and fix after I remove the board he put it in. In another spot, I wanted a baseboard I provided cut to size lengthwise, but instead of cutting the baseboard he cut the drywall out with a saws all. I may be able to conceal the hole he put in my wall but I'm not happy about it. During the time the worker was there I had to listen to him ***** about how horribly the previous contractor had done on my kitchen project.

Not good. Screen door was a C-job. Wife had to add weather stripping herself to close gaps and the two men decided that they weren't up to the job of installing the storm door on the front. They just left...no follow-up...no message to me. I spent $200 to have two lazy "handymen" install a screen door that cost half as much.

We've used Triangle Home Care for three different services and have been pleased each time. They are professional, punctual, and perform great work. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely pleased and very impressed with Triangle Home Care from start to finish. Very fast to call and schedule work, guys were early and worked very fast and did top notch work. They cleaned up the job site and did an excellent job. Very impressed and will with out a doubt have them back again on other projects!!!!

Door was fixed, but the service was terrible. I definitely did NOT get my moneys worth. I would not recommend them to anyone. I got the feeling they just didn't want to work on my small project. Also, I paid for the service in early May. I could not get someone out to the house until July. Their office staff did not follow up or return calls.

They were on time and went to work on the list. They were so efficient but through that they were able to tackle a couple of items that we did not think that they could get to.
