We feel fortunate that we found Triangle Classic Homes (Carl and Ralph) to remodel our downstairs. We have a 1980?s home and the previous interior was very dated. We had popcorn ceilings we wanted removed, carpeting we wanted replaced with laminate flooring, a room divider that needed to come down and some electrical work that was installed improperly when the home was built. Our experience with Triangle Classic Homes was one of the best we have had dealing with home remodeling. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Every day of construction, we knew what to expect including who would be in our home and what work would be done. They were very good communicators and followed through with each task. The work that was done was impressive. We now have beautiful floors that look very much like hardwood floors but without the special care they need. Our ceilings are flat and newly painted. The divider is gone and the floor plan has been opened up. We feel much more confident in the wiring. It is like a new home! Carl and his people are friendly, forthcoming and unbelievably responsive. We are very pleased with the results and the people that carried out the remodeling. When we need more remodeling, we will definitely call Triangle Classic Homes.

I met Ralph Rohn and Carl Caldwell, owners of Triangle Classic Homes (TCH) at my rental home that needed renovating from a fire. The home was declared a total loss by my insurance company. They looked at the project and agreed to give an estimate for the repairs. After the initial meeting, Carl was my main contact and headed up the project. I got three estimates and TCH's estimate was right in the middle of the other two estimates. I chose (TCH) because of their outstanding recommendations and an A rating on Angie's List. Boy did I hit the jack pot. TCH, and Carl in particular dad a superb job renovating my home. Everything on the inside of the house had to be torn down and replaced to include the frame, sheetrock, flooring, plumbing and electrical. The things that were important to me and impressed me the most were: Carl was very professional, yet friendly and approachable. I am a people person and so is he. He gave me a start date and the work began that day. He gave me an estimated completion date and the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. Carl was thorough and efficient. He returned all my calls and text messages promptly. He kept me informed at every level of the project. If Carl saw something minor that needed to be done that was not in the contract, he did it without additional cost to me. He directed me to great supply sources for cabinets, flooring, light fixtures and appliances, I told Carl that I was not going to rent the home again and I wanted to sell it. He was very helpful in giving me tips and advice on things that I could do to make the house more marketable. I was very pleased and happy with the entire job by TCH. I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone. If you hire TCH you will not have any of the nightmares you sometime hear about with other contractors. Now that the renovations are completed, I have a beautiful modern home with all the newest features and updates on the market today and I feel like I gained a friend in Carl. After being on the MLS one day, my house is under contract.

We worked primarily with Carl Caldwell, who was at our house most days and who we found to be knowledgeable and professional. Carl kept on top of our project, was responsive, answered our questions and kept us informed. Triangle Classic Homes appears to have long-standing relationships with most of the subcontractors they use, and with one exception, we were pleased with the work of the subcontractors. The one exception was the flooring subcontractor. Our project involved both hardwood floors and tile. While the subcontractor did a good job on installation of both hardwood floors and tile, they didn't seem to have a wide selection of tile. Of more concern, they didn't return calls promptly and didn't seem to be able to direct us toward tile selections within out budget. Selecting tile for the project was a frustrating and time-consuming process.

Carl scheduled my job just 1 week after giving me an estimate. He arrived on time for the estimate as well as for the job. Carl was very sensitive to my budget and was willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with his pricing and what was included in the job. He values his customers and their happiness far above any extra work that he might have to do. He is happy and willing to please. When he began the job, he reviewed with me exactly what I wanted done to make sure it was completed as I wanted it. When the job was complete, he asked again if everything was correct. Unfortunately, the door was placed a little further over than I had wanted. Carl completely understood and didn't skip a beat to ask his guys to move the door over. I felt kind of bad about asking but Carl made me feel understood and comfortable with the fix. He also made sure that every piece of dry wall was perfect. I was/am very thankful for his kindness and attentiveness. I am very happy with the completed work and would definitely hire these guys again!

They did an superb job, work ethic was impeccable they showed up every time they were scheduled. Also they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me, without any added cost to the job and treated me like family.

It was fine. They did a little bit more than what was expected. They did it quick and easy. They cleaned up afterwards. They did a good job on my floor. They were really good on anything I asked or anything like that.

They did a fantastic job. Owners Carl and Ralph are professional, courteous, and timely. They stayed on budget and within the projected time frame. They're also good people who genuinely care, and remain engaged throughout the entire construction process. From a homeowner perspective this put me at ease right away in terms of knowing they would address any issues and keep the job moving from start to finish. I would recommend TCH to friends, and would hire them again for future construction and renovation needs.

Owners Carl and Ralph were great from start to finish. They're professional, knowledgable and easy to work with every step of the way. We finished a walk out basement, and Carl and Ralph had great suggestions and input for our project. Their trades people all did a great job, and we couldn't be happier with the results. If you are in need of a trustworthy contractor that can deliver on time, as promised, and within budget, look no further than Triangle Classic Homes.

Bottom line: The project was very well done and we are extremely happy with the results. This was our first project of this scale and I think we picked the best contractors for the job. Here are some of the positive qualities: (1) Carl and Ralph know their business well. They planned the project well and everything was kept on time. (2) the rest of our house was treated respectfully and extreme care was taken to keep the remaining areas clean. (3) communication and inspection of the quality and progress was carried out daily. They worked around our schedules. (4) I was very particular about certain details of the remodel and they were patient and flexible. Most importantly, they brought their experience to the project and had great suggestions. (5) The costs were very fair and transparent. Any disagreements were resolved professionally with the motto "the customer is always right" in mind. I particularly liked the fact that they wanted no money up front-only during milestones in the project. If you are looking for a contractor-give them a call, you will not be disappointed AND you will call them again for your next project!

Ralph was invested in the project from beginning to end with clear lines of communication. We are extremely happy with bothe the process and end product.

These guys did a great job! Ralph and Carl are very professional and detail oriented. They are very easy to work with and respond immediately to any questions or concerns. They are onsite very frequently to oversee their sub contractors during construction. The job was done when they said it would be done and right on budget.

The owners are courteous and very invested in their contractors and subcontractors. They were present for the majority of our build out and were always available to answer questions, provide suggestions, troubleshoot and even add an extra hand. We have up-dated our home over several years and have hired many different contractors (both companies and one-man operations). We have had many different experiences in the past ranging from poor work (where we had to threaten to sue to contractors disappearing never to return) to marginal project outcomes. The professionalism of Triangle Classic was the opposite of these negative experiences. This was by far the biggest house project to undertake. When we began this project I went into it believing that we should add on at least 3 months to their projected date of completion (probably more). Triangle Classic built from the ground up and exceeded their projected deadline. Their work is beautiful, professional and high end. The owner even threw in some extras (like a crawl space for storage) that was not part of the original layout at no cost. The only delay we ever had was due to a city permit delay and Triangle Classics made up for lost time by working more hours. Mr. Rohn and his crew are fantastic and we would recommend Triangle Classics to anyone for both big and small home improvement projects.

This company is great! Ralph and Carl came by almost everyday to check on the progress as well as making sure we were pleased with each stage of the building process. The time frame of the job was 4 to 6 weeks and it was completed exactly as promised. Ralph and Carl take great pride in their work, the work of their contractors and continued to go above and beyond. Their main goal is to make sure the customer is happy, no matter what. We will definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends that also have pending jobs with them. They are family now and we can't wait for them to visit again!

Exceptionally well. Not only are they excellent on the technical work they do, but they are great to work with. More than anything, you can trust them to be honest, on time, and tell you in advance when there may be issues regarding your plans. They managed all the sub-contrators, when needed, and made sure they worked at a quality level to meet our expectations. The entire project could not have gone better. I show off my property every chance i get and tell them it was Triangle Classic Homes that made it happen.

Ralph and Carl come over to meet with us for the initial visit. They had some wonderful ideas on how to update the layout, resizing the island and had a time frame that we were looking at to be without our kitchen. They connected us with the contacts for the new cabinets and the granite countertops along with brand new wood flooring through out the downstairs. They were able to plan the different contractors to come so that things ran smoothly and in a timely manner. As one thing was finishing up, another would be started. As things progressed, any concerns we had - adjusting lighting, fixtures in a bathroom, adding a pedestal sink, anything we needed were fully addressed and taking care of. I felt that I was their number one customer even though I knew they had other projects going on. I always got a call back and all my questions answered. Overall, I can't say enough at how happy I am about the end product. It looks fantastic and it is my dream kitchen! They worked with us on costs and were very helpful with keeping us on budget. I plan on using them again for a future project and I highly recommend them. Not only do they have a wonderful business, they both are super nice guys and I really enjoyed working with them.

I contacted Triangle Classic to build a shed for my back yard. Our homeowner's association requires that sheds must match the decor and style of the house. Triangle was able to match the trim, main color, window style, and roof color to meet the requirements. The work was done as promised and within budget. The quality was good and I'm sure the shed will be with us many years . . . it was almost a shame to put a riding lawnmower in such a nice building.

No problems at all. The work was done professionally and very quickly. All these odd jobs were completed within a three day period, including setting the poles in concrete for the trellis. I like the responsiveness of Triangle. We contacted the company only several weeks ago and they managed to schedule and complete the work in time for visiting guests. The work site was left clean and organized each day. I liked the fact that one of the owners (Carl) worked directly with me and took the time to make several suggestions to make the end result a more professional look. Good folks to work with.

We found the work done by Triangle to be outstanding. They worked closely with us on our house to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The owners (Carl and Ralph) were very responsive and extremely helpful in translating our ideas to construction. They arranged for a designer to finalize a detailed planning document. I could throw lots of kudos their way for their attention to detail and the quality of their work, but what impressed me the most is their dependability and skill in coordinating our project. The tradesmen were always there when they supposed to be, always friendly, and seemed to enjoy their work. I found Triangle's prices to very fair and I never felt that I received less than I paid for. This house was not my first rodeo. I judge a builder by whether they complete the project on time and in budget. There were no surprises with either. As with any new house construction, or project, I want a builder who stands behind their work. Triangle never walked away from any issues and that, along with the quality of their work, is why I am comfortable in passing on this recommendation. I will continue to hire them for additional projects around my home.

The contractor was courteous and answered all of our questions and concerns. He explained the process in detail, and walked us through all of the product choices we needed to select within our allowances. The workers were professional and cleaned up regularly as work was completed. After 30 plus years of the same kitchen, we are thrilled with our new updated look.

It has gone very well. We are still in the process of finishing the paint and we will have new garage doors. Ralph and Carl are quick to respond to all of our concerns and needs. They are fun to work with, and we anticipate using them when we re-do our kitchen and master bath. We would recommend Triangle Classic Homes for remodeling or building a new home. They really go over and beyond what would be expected.

The homeowners association didn't like our boat as much as we did so we needed to get it out of the driveway and into a garage. Needless to say, we were anxious to get it up as quickly as possible and Ralph and Carl made it happen in about 6 weeks which I thought was pretty good given that this garage had a brick foundation, electrical and plumbing rough-in. Their attention to detail and quality was great. I'm pretty picky and there were things that I wouldn't have minded but they went the extra mile and made it perfect. They both are very easy going which makes the process enjoyable and low-stress. I thought all their subs were fantastic except for the concrete crew. Thought they were a little sloppy with some of the finishing. Overall, very happy with the garage and process and would definitely hire them again.
