They came right away after rearranged his first appointment. Very nice and professional. Did what he said he could do and it didn't take long at all. I had paid another person to fix the problem which it never got fixed. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. Would recommend to every one.

Arrived quickly and on time. Had to return next day to complete work. Explained what was to be done, in order of increasing cost. Total of five hours on project, two by professional plumber and three by assistant. Cost reasonable, especially in comparison to cost of possible pipe replacement. Everyone was very polite. Would hire again.

I really appreciate how fast they come to do the project but they were not prepare for the job and it has to be better.

Tim was punctual, provided clear communication about cost and was able to diagnosis the problem quickly. Came back same day to complete the install and came right back again a third time after I expressed additional concerns right after he left the second time... late the same night. Problem solved and wife happy!

Tim was really great, he kept me updated on his arrival time and he finished the job in record time. Very polite and professional at all times. One of the few people in 33 years of living in NC that actually showed up on the day of the appointment and informed me of any delays. A joy with which to work.

Tim was very informative and knowledgeable. Quick work and reasonable price.

Hired him for an inspection and never got the report. He kept giving me the run around for about two weeks until I ultimately gave up. He seems to be a decent guy and is probably good at his job, but I wouldn?t recommend him for inspection work.

We had a main line clog on Thanksgiving and put our information in to be contacted with estimates. I was shocked when I got a call from Tim about an hour later Thanksgiving night. I explained the problem and he confirmed it sounded like what we suspected. He gave me his pricing for coming to do an assessment as well as what it would cost to fix the problem we suspected and what that fix entailed. He said he charges a flat rate so it doesn't matter what the hour or day if the week, the price is the same. We did call for estimates from a couple of other places the next day but either no one was available due to the holiday weekend (and we couldn't wait a week without plumbing) or they wouldn't give us an estimate. We called a national chain and were told there may or may not be a diagnostic fee charged to come assess the situation and the fee would be anywhere between $150 and $300. That fee might or might not be applied to the cost of the repair and they couldn't provide an estimate for what the repair would cost without someone coming out. We opted to go with the price we knew rather than pay $300 for someone to tell us what we already knew and then give us an estimate for the repair cost. Tim was courteous and professional in his dealings with us, showed up when he said he would and performed the repair efficiently. We didn't have estimates to compare his fees directly but his rate was reasonable to us after googling the typical cost for such a repair, especially with his prompt service on a holiday weekend. I would absolutely use his services again!

Solved the issue, but could have possibly run back and forth a little when the clog was located and cleared, to ensure it was well cleaned out. Very personable guy, a pleasure to do business with.

I greatly appreciate the plumber coming out with short notice. I was very please that he was able to resolve the problem! The only issue I have is that he had to change the arrival time several times before he arrived. But I understand that he had transportation problems so that explains why. I was very pleased with the overall service. Thanks!
