I had seen Angie on line so I thought I would call and I am glad I did  I am disabled in a wheelchair with a TBI and I was just wondering what to do. I looked online and saw Angie, so I called and other people told me that they did not have a person by the name. Anyway, it was a blessing to have a plumber come over and help me. He was able to help me with my plumbing problem. He was just doing a great job and I am truly thankful that I called Angie. So thank goodness for Angie on the Internet

Tim is responsive, courteous and knowledgeable which are attributes that explainthe sound quality of his work. If you want both value and quality, I highly recommend Tim for any plumbing issues. I have definitely put him in my contact list fort future services.

Called Tim due to an emergency situation with my grinder pump and sewer system on a Saturday. Tim thought he would be able to come by the same day, but later said he could not make it but said he would call someone else. After waiting a few hours and a call back to Tim, the alternate plumber called and came by. He could not address my problem because the plumbing supply shops were closed and he would be back Monday. On Monday his truck had broke down. On Tuesday he came back and by Wed thought he had corrected the problem. On Thur the high level alarm went off and the problem was back. The alternate plumber tried rigging up some creative solutions to correct the problem. Tim did finally show up after a week of troubleshooting but did not have any additional input. After 3 callbacks without fixing the issue and a week of minimal water and toilet usage, I finally told Tim I was done. Unfortunately, I had already paid his alternate plumber $2500 and the problem still existed. I called a plumbing team who were experts in grinder/sewer systems and they tore out all of the rigged system, installed proper components and had me running properly in one day.

Arrived in timely manner. Professional knowledgable and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great guys, they were very polite and professional. It is a small business so I was surprised to see him pull up in a car vs a truck, but he worked hard to make sure everything was clear before he left. He is up front with prices, explained everything he was doing and the reason why. He was respectful and listened to me and my concerns - as a woman this goes a long way as I have been treated poorly in the past by plumbers and contractors.

Tim is the best. Other plummers fail to do the job that I needed done. Tim got the job done in no time, and it was affordable. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Tim was awesome. I have a couple different drains that were draining slowly and contacted Tim. He was able to come out the same day and take care if the issue completely. He even took the time to explain the process to me and what issues he found with the drains. I will definitely keep Tim in mind for all plumbing projects and will also recommend him to my friends!

Tim was communicative on his ETA and knowledgeable of how to fix my clogged drain, best price also, will definitely recommend his services and won’t hesitate to call on him again.

Tim was courteous and explained what was going on. He came to the house,identified the problem and set to work fixing the problem. I was happy to have someone who knew what the problem was and went to work to fix it for me. He was courteous and efficient.

I called Tim to come out and fix a noisy toilet and assess a leak he got there, told me not to worry about anything, and charged me $260 because he had to look in my crawlspace. He never fixed the noisy toilet that I called about I Was under the impression he was coming back but never did now the problem is worse not even a month later after he robbed me and told me not to worry about anything, would never recommend it.

I would give him 10 stars if i could. Tim went way beyond my expectations! He troubleshot the problem and fixed it on a Sunday, until i had it fixed! He’s a true professional!!!

Simply outstanding service!

I was quite pleased with their work. After a slight hiccup on the first scheduling, he redeemed himself and came out and did a fine job on my kitchen sink. And even though, the fee was rather costly to me, I'm glad that I used his services. Besides, I don't know the going rate for unclogging a kitchen drain so I'll probably use his team for future plumbing projects. Thank you Tim!

He came out right away. Very polite and professional. Was Covic19 approved and wore their masks. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. I had hired another person before I hired them that came out 3 times and was unable to properly fix the problem. Tim had the right tool needed to do the job. It didn't even take very long. Very impressed will recommend to everyone.
