Tim Campbell, the plumber, did a great job with our 3 new faucets. Since one was leaking, he arrived ASAP. Tim ALWAYS called before coming to the house. His time of arrivals were perfect. He followed thru on all he did: plumbing knowledge, cleaning up, giving guidance & information. I would recommend his services 110%.

He brought back to me the replaced part and took a picture for me to see of the work done - that was helpful to know it was done since I did not want to crawl under the house! What a Godsend! Urgent call for clogged sink (unable to run dishwasher, standing water) the night before early AM flight. Tim called right away after the project submitted and again on the way from the job he was finishing. Tim and Cliff were cordial, thorough and cleaned up after finishing. Will definitely hire again and will likely use them for some landscaping work too.

Tim called within about 10 minutes of the posting. He arrived the next day on time. Tim and his assistant assessed the water leakage and quickly fixed the problem. In order to complete the job, the water had to be turned off to the house. He found that the turn off at the house was worn out, so he also repaired the cut off. I felt he was being honest when he showed the worn out part and picture of the new installed item. I would use his service again.

We had an emergency call.. We had new granite countertops put in our home and the installer didn't inform us ahead of time that we needed to hire a plumber to reconnect the new sink.. Came on Service magic and submitted a request. Tim was onsite at our house in about an hour to start the work.. Did a very good Job...

Tim called me as soon as I sent my problem. He and another helper were here within the hour. He was very cutious and prompt and explained the process of flushing out the rust. My heater in now pumping out clean water again. I would recommend to my friends.
