On time, followed up, made exceptional effort to ensure everything was correct. Cleaned up after his work. All his personnel were very courteous. Very efficient. Highly recommend him. Explained and showed me his work upon completion and gave me the impression that not only did he know what he was highly competent but that he was proud of his work. Great customer skill set.

Tim made time in his schedule to come by my house in less than 24 hours to install a new water heater. The charge was reasonable and Tim is a very personable guy who knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone who has an issue with their water heater.

Tim Campbell called about the job of fixing my bathtub and we agreed to a time of around just after 12 o'clock to get an estmate on 8/20/2009. He didn't call till about 2 o'clock and showed up at about 2:30 on 8/20/2009. Gave me an estmate of 225 dollars way high, and said he would be back at 0900 on 8/21/2009 to do the job, it is now 10:37 and he hasn't showed or called. He got 40 dollars of my money for doing nothing and I would not recommend this guy to anyone.

7/8/09 - Thomas came to replace a leaking garbage disposal. Thomas was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He disconnected the disposal unit prior to us going to pick up the new unit so the installation was quick and easy. The best part is that Thomas left the work area CLEAN. I am definitely keeping the contact information for future use if needed (hopefully not). This was my first time using Service Magic. I had a good experience and was provided with fast and quality service. Thanks Thomas.

I just want to thank ServiceMagic.com for being available online when I was looking into getting a leaky pipe checked-out. I got a call from Tim Campbell @ Timca Inc. almost immediately! I called after 9 am and had someone at my home by 10:30 am. The gentleman who came to our house was courteous, helpful, and he fixed the problem, while explaining to my partner what he was doing and why.

Tim called within about two minutes of receiving my email for service. He arrived about an hour later to look at my kitchen faucet. He first tried to repair the existing faucet but it was not possible. He, and his assistant, Thomas then picked up and installed a duplicate faucet in just over an hour. The service was prompt and very professional at a reasonable price.

They were prompt. The diagnosis was on-point and the repairs were done in a timely and convenient manner. I am definitely keeping Tim on my list, in the future (hoping I don't need his services again, however). Thanks Tim for your time, patience and assistance.
