+ -1 moreThe details are simple he puts the cheapest appliances, a/c and furnaces (Bryant), water heaters, etc. In ten years I've replaced all the windows, garage door openers, a/c units (now have Trane), refrigerator, trash compactor, two exterior doors and three times roof repair in different places. This builder doesn't build high quality homes and never should have been allowed to build in this neighborhood. I have tried many times to contact but either he has moved or out of business.
Description of Work: Built my house in 2001 in the Devon Subdivison off Durant road.
