Description of Work: Refused to come to Selma even though the deal said it was good in Johnston County. Apparently they only service Johnston County if you want to pay more. No deal! Unfair! Their office help booked the appointment on the phone and they called the morning of the appointment and said they wouldn't come here for that price which I had already paid.

Description of Work: Got the $59 air conditioner inspection deal. Did a good job - inspected for about 30-45 mins and didn't find any issues. He suggested we get our coils cleaned which costed $200.

Description of Work: Thermo Direct came out quickly, extensively cleaned both units, and investigated a musty smell we has been noticing for a while. Cost was more than expected but we are pleased with the results and would use them again.

Description of Work: They determined that our air conditioning system had a leak that could not be successfully repaired and that a capacitator on the condenser was also not working properly. The unit was no longer under maintenance even though it was only 6 years old. The cost to fix versus the cost to replace favored replacing the entire system. They did not pressure us either way. We decided to go with the replacement option since it came with a full 10 year warranty and 2 years of free maintenance. They are scheduled to complete the work on Thursday.
