Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. expert installation....great knowledge of system, duct configuration....anxious to make certain the job was done exactly as it should be. Workers were kind, thorough, professional and treated our home and the entire job as if were their own. We have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company and we would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and a/c work. We were very impressed by the fact that Andy, the rep. who came out to give us an estimate for the job, did not try to sell us the most expensive thing on the market and his recommendations were explained to us in detail. We felt he told us honestly what we needed.....not what he could sell us to make the most money. I felt he was talking to us like he might be speaking to his parents. I don't give recommendations like this lightly as I tend to be a perfectionist and tend to be skeptical as we have had some horrible experiences with construction and service work in the past. We had 4 or 5 estimates for this job, all of which seemed to be honest and good companies. There was just something special about Thermo and we had no trouble making the decision to have them do the job.

They did a temporary fix on the AC. They were trying to sell us a new AC system but my husband decided to go with another one.

They arrived on time and did the whole air duct cleaning and filter change.

We chose another provider but both were good.

It was okay. He showed up on time. He answered all my questions. My dislike would be that I felt like they tried to sell me additional services.

We bought the seasonal checkup on our HVAC through Angie's List. The company contacted us immediately for an appointment, and within a few days the technician was here to do the work. Derek, our technician, was exactly the type of workman we like to welcome into our home: personable, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I both had several questions about HVAC and Derek answered them with patience and an apparent thorough understanding of the systems. He told us about several things we could purchase to make our units run more efficiently, but there was absolutely no high pressure. In fact, most of the items he mentioned were just in response to questions from us. We did have him change the points on our air conditioner which added an additional charge, but, again, there was no pressure from him to have this service. He told us they were going bad and would need to be replaced at some time. My husband looked at the points and could see the problem, so decided to have them changed. We would, without reservation, recommend Thermo Direct.

Brandon did a fantastic job. Very helpful and positive. Very knowledgeable. I was also impressed with their technology. He had an app on his phone to deal with my order. Took pics of my hvac unit so it could be looked up in the future. He measured my ac and pointed out possible problems. No pressure to up sell me. Just gave me possible problems, possible solutions, and my options. When my hvac does die (new condo to me, but original to condo) I will definitely use them.

Zoned attic to use existing 2nd floor system. Provided excellent advice, and was very responsive when i was dissatisfied(once ) during the process. I currently use Thermo Direct for yearly maintenance, and i'm completely satisfied. Highly recommmend!

It was okay. I didn't spend more than the Big Deal price. The price was good.

They did a good job, I liked working with them. They were timely, professional and friendly. I liked working with them so much that I signed up for their annual service contract.

I purchased two of the routine service packages for our HVACs. Their tech, Roy, exceeded my expectations. He was very professional, seemed to do a very thorough job, and found some wiring issues that surely would have caused a problem in the future. I would definitely purchase the service package from them again.

Everything went excellent. I have had no complaints from my tenets. They were very quick to respond and the work was done fast and efficiently.

The air conditioners in our home were close to 25 years old and the one that handled the second floor was no longer cooling. We got quotes from 3 different companies and decided on Thermo Direct. One of the reasons we chose this company was due to the way they handled themselves when discussing what we needed. You never once felt they were pushing you in a direction they wanted; we discussed the pros and cons of each idea till we were satisfied. But what I really want to share is the great team work we saw, over a two day period, when they were working in our home. They were extremely careful going in and out and up and down 3 stories in our home and very courteous. Their work ethics were up there with the best! We were impressed how they moved like a well-oiled machine, the old equipment would to the front yard then 20 minutes later a truck would show up to move it out. The workers needed no supervision if you will?ever man knew his job and we did not see on slacker in the group! What a company!

They are very professional. The Amana A/C unit and furnace have lifetime warranties. Thermo Direct is very customer oriented and punctual. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again in the future. Derrick was very professional and took great care of us. We highly recommend them.

Responsive scheduling, though they got the scheduling date down a day early and almost came over on the wrong day but not a big issue. Guy that came over was friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. Recommend and would probably use again.

That turned out very well. When this company came out they did a very thorough job. They showed me pictures of what they found and offered me some options with rebates. I knew that my system was old, about 20 years. They did the replacement for me and I had a good feeling that they would do a good job; which they did. They even got the financing set up for me too. They did the AC, Furnace and Ducts. The installation took about 2 days. They even loaned me an AC window unit so that I could sleep comfortably. I was very impressed. I really had such a comfort level with them. When they sere sealing the ducts on the inside of my house, there was a minor issue and I called them about that and they got someone out here within a couple of days to get that off and it looked great afterward!

The provider showed up on time and I got a phone call 20 minutes before arrival time letting me know that a technician was on his way. The technician was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The technician serviced the handler first and made me aware of some rusting on the coils. He also showed me a low reading capacitor and replaced it upon my request. He then went outside and tuned up my 2 AC units. When the job was completed the technician made me aware of their service agreements but wasn't pushy about it. I kindly declined and he was on his way. I would recommend Thermo Direct.

The came out right on time and did a good job. I stayed with Josh as he worked and he explained in detail everything about the process. The price was reasonable. I am very satisfied. They were eager to point out parts in the system that would need replaced. They were very courteous and professional.

The service turned out alright. They were looking for sales for new service and contracts, but it was an old house so we didn't buy any extra services. They were on time, and they were okay. They took some pictures, and they wanted us to replace somethings. They were okay. They came out pretty fast. Their scheduling and everything was pretty good.

The install was delayed a couple of days because of freezing rain, that was not a problem. It was an all day install and at the end of the day the system wouldn't start up. The owner of the company came and explained the situation which was a bad circuit board. They had a technician at the house first thing in the morning replaced the board well before the inspector got here. It was a very good experience considering all that was involved. The price was good, they left the area spotless and the people were great. I would call on Thermo Direct again.
