Description of Work: I thought the add said conditioning of ac unit but it turned out to be an Inspection of the unit, a list of required services and amt to be if services were rendered. |Man did as expected by his company l would think but it was a waste of my time and money.

Unfortunately, we don't see where an appointment was scheduled at that time. To accommodate our clients we offer morning or afternoon appointments. Our clients are never required to stay at home because our system automatically generates a text message and email when our technician is 15 to 20 minutes in route. This system allows our client to continue their daily activities and not wait for service. We call it at your door service.... on your terms. We also offer and honor our "at your door today or you don't pay" guarantee. Both of these guarantees would've ensured your appointment and direct service experience.
