We were very satisfied with the excellent repair service provided by Thermo Direct technician Tom. Customer service personnel were very friendly,helpful,and kept in contact with us through out the repair process.We would use them for future A/C and Heating repairs.

Technician(Tom) took a lot of time to diagnose problem correctly. Repair was done in a timely and efficient manner once the parts were received. I plan on using Thermo Direct for future HVAC repairs.

They did a great job putting in a new system. I'm very pleased.

The Technician worked with me to make sure repairs were completed properly, explained why it was needed and didn't insist or try to add items not needed.

The technicians demonstrate a lot of attention to detail to the installation. My installation was complex in the sense that I was converting from a propane to all electric unit.

This company kicked ARS behind 100 times!!! The owner was extremely knowleadgeable and she was very trust worthy during our initial phone conversation. Made us feel comfortable and sent their sales rep Omar right away even after hours. Omar worked with us and we got an amazing unit for an amazing price. I am a former Marine and this company went above and beyond to take care of a Veteran an his family. The two technicians Jake and Byron were extremely professional, kept everything covered and clean and the installation done was a master piece. Dryer vents cleaned

I chose this company just because I didn't want to work with the other company and his son. I think the sales ppl at Thermo are really nice and good at their job. They bent over backwards to get the job. We didn't have an HVAC on our 1st floor so it was a compete new install. We were lucky enough to have all the tradesmen meet with HVAC sales and installers since the job required electrical and framers, and drywall ppl. But it didn't seem to make a big difference once Thermo came in to install. They sold us a 16 seer forced central air unit for an 1100 sq. foot living area. I think it could probably service the entire house instead of just one floor. It's freezing in the back of the house where the bedrooms and bathroom is located. The problem wasn't with Thermo but their installers. These guys were horrible. They cut twice and never measured once. The ceilings were "over cut" for vents, they left holes in the wall from having wrong vent placement. I saw the sparks fly when they cut an electrical line in the wall and when I asked about it they said "No Problem". I then asked my electrician who found the cut wire and had to replace it . He just shook his head in disbelief. They didn't even try to repair their mistakes. I had to pay extra to get my drywall ppl to repair the drywall and extra for the electrician. The air handler was stuck in an unfinished laundry room and looks absolutely horrible. The flex duck work they used is twisted around and laying on top of each other. Some are tied up with straps in some places hanging down in other places. They tore most of the wall peg board up and didn't try to fix the damage. I was so glad when they left. We'll never be able to finish the laundry room with the duct work in this condition. I am so disappointed in the quality of the installers and the fact, that they had just came in on a newly renovated house and didn't ask about placement of bedroom vents before they started cutting holes in my ceiling and even more disappointed that they didn't try to repair their mistakes before they left the job site. Not sure what to tell you. If you think the other guys are too high and over rated, if you are a good communicator, if you know a little bit about HVAC, if you know what questions to ask, if you know what size of HVAC system that you need, then yes I would say, hire Thermo, but if you are new to HVAC, I'd have to say a window unit is cheaper. The system is good and it is wonderful to have a separate unit on the 1st floor but man, I wouldn't do it again.

Derek was completely thorough in looking at all our existing equipment in the attic and outside the house (he even checked the electrical panel). He measured the house. He advised us to get a carbon monoxide detector which we did not have. His proposal and estimate was concise and listed the model numbers of the new equipment so I was able to do some research on the new equipment. The installers were very good too. They tarped the hallway and left everything neat when they left.

This company came to the rescue on time with the most reasonable and cost effective solution to my air duct problem. These young men were all professionals, friendly, and customer supportive. Quality job including cleanup of all debris. I will use them again for additional work on my heat/air system.

They were available the same day as I called and several other local companies were not and they did an excellent job at a reasonable rate I am very happy with their services. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The customer service and responsiveness were excellent. The two technicians were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Unfortunately, the techs did not clean up after their work was done and we had to remove the mess they left behind. Also, for the amount of labor and materials used the service was extremely over-priced. Based on the latter comments, we would be unwilling to recommend Thermo Direct.

Wanda and the crew at ThermoDirect are always friendly and accommodating. The estimate was a little high for my budget at first but they worked with us and got us an excellent unit for an affordable price. They came in got to work and finished in a day and a half. We also had new duct work installed and they were very good about installed new vents in the house as well. Highly recommend these folks.
