Excellent communication and follow up. Eddie took the time to explain our options and how each would impact our system. The lead installer, Junior, was a great professional - also clear in expectations, communication and was very friendly. I don’t have negative feedback for anyone who touched our project.

Thermo Direct provided professional service, good and honest advice, as well as having enough workers to do the job. The initial inspection and quote were done by a very smart and knowledgeable employee. We were impressed from start to finish. They also responded promptly to our initial request.

My overall experience with that a thermo direct was positive my only issue was that they trampled some ground cover I had around the air conditioner never mentioned it to me. That being said, who would not be happy to have ac on a 90-degree day after a hot evening without ac. Lastly thermo direct was very responsive. They showed up quickly!

We added a mini-split to our workshop, and found the folks at Thermo Direct to be skilled and professional. We were able to negotiate terms for extended warranty, labor charges, and maintenance, for a good contract. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Thermo Direct.

They are a very good company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are very satisfied. Their customer service is wonderful, Janette was excellent. If it was not for her we may not have moved further with this project. As well as, we were going to go with another service but after we spoke to Eddie at Thermal Direct he answered questions that no one else would answer. And I didn't feel like I had to haggle with them either. Experience was great.

The technicians are very capable but the call centered is one worst I ve ever dealt with.

Great service. They came in and assessed the issue and provided options for the replacement of our gaspack. The company was knowledgeable on each option and answered all of our questions. Prior to install we had a walkthrough to double check they had all the parts for the new gaspack, and completed the install of the new device in less time than anticipated the following day.

Ran into some problems with the installation. It took longer than originally planned, but they stuck to plan and got everything fixed. Just passed inspection.
