Derrick who first came out to do my quote was very nice and took the time to answer any questions that I had. The day of the installation the crew was on time and worked through the day to complete it in one day. The crew leader Brain was also very polite and helpful. I would like to add that Wanda in the office has always been very nice and has always gone out of her way to help with any of my questions. The price for the job was also good in comparison to others. I would recommend Thermodirct to others.
