Description of Work: Very quick to respond. Came out to inspect fireplace and remove gas line. Only complaint was that they agreed to cap the gas line, but did not bring out the necessary equipment to do so. After waiting an additional 45 mins for the tech to retrieve the part, the job was completed. Otherwise, overall happy with experience.

Description of Work: They came to clean all air ducts. Arrived on time; laid down floor coverings to protect from dirt and debris; did a triple clean through all ducts. It took less than two hours. They worked efficiently. After they left I noticed one of the directional vents had come loose; I called them and they came out right away and re-attached it securely.
