They happily spent the time to explain to me in detail how to operate the fireplace, what to do/not to do etc. Before they came I wouldn't use the fireplace, now I use it regularly. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: I purchased a chimney cleaning "Big Deal" from the Mad Hatter. They contacted me immediately and scheduled an appointment. They took the time to listen to my concerns, (Thank you Tony!)and arrived on time. I had an emergency and was unable to be at home. Tony spoke to me by phone and gave detail to my wife regarding what they found. They were unable to clean the chimney because they found what appeared to be mold growing on the inside of the chimney. They recommended we have the mold tested before proceeding any further. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. However, they did complete an HVAC Duct Cleaning at my request and I am very satisfied with the result. Overall, I just like dealing with honest and reliable people and that is what I received with the Mad Hatter.
