Service arrived on time. i was most impressed by the serviceman's honesty. After examining the chimney, he informed me that it was far from needing a cleaning. said he could clean it if I wanted to, or he could do an inspection for about half the price. I opted for an inspection, and will have Mad Hatter out next fall. Saved me a bit of money and gave me peace of mind.

Overall the experience was exceptional. When I called to learn more about their service I spoke to Jerry - the owner - who was polite and thorough about the process. Jerry explained that pricing is tiered based on the number of vents in the home, including cold air returns. After I counted the number of vents in my home, he gave me an estimate that proved to be accurate at the time of payment. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward and easy. On 11/20/2010, the 2-man crew assigned to my home arrived on time and ready to work. Derrick and Ivory were professional and polite. They were careful with their equipment around my home, performed the job efficiently, and cleaned up any mess behind them. After the work was performed, they gave me a checklist to verify that the work was done to my satisfaction. I have to trust that they did a good job of cleaning duct work, as I did not climb in to the attic or crawl space to detach and inspect them. I did look over the vents and cold air intakes and they were clean. The dryer runs quietly and efficiently without noise in the vent line. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job and the people I interacted with. I would recommend them to anyone interested in this service.

I called late in the season and they worked me in. The sweep was personable and very knowledgable about maintaining your fireplace and chimney. He gave us great advice about type of wood to use.

I just thought they were very professional, arrived on time, easy to talk to, and pretty much did everything while I was around. They were pretty independent despite a few questions. When we had our ducts cleaned, the dust levels seemed to be much better. The quality was great and we thought the price was worth it.

The owner took the time to go over the process in detail with me on the phone. This is a 20-year old home we were moving into and it helped greatly to have the ducts cleaned, especially the dryer vent which had been clogged to the point of barely venting.

They called me before they showed up, arrived on time, cleaned the vent (including removing an old bird's nest), shortened my dryer hose so that it wouldn't bunch up, put everything back in place and cleaned up after themselves. Nice guys and they did a very good, professional job.

The technicians came on time on a Saturday, which really helped me due to my work week. They laid out all their equipment and houses on sheet protectors throughout my house. The work took about 2 hours. They were very thorough and left everything clean and as they had found it, except for the dirty vents.

2 gentlemen performed the duct cleaning on my home and under the home and dryer vent. They used a homemade portable vacuum made of a 55 gallon drum. They were a bit expensive but did a very thorough job and was super conscientious of the mess they were making or cleaning. I would recommend them - if price is not an issue.

good. they put sheets down to keep the floors clean, they vacuumed none stop for 5 hrs. It was a loud process, but hopefully they got all the dirt in our ducts.

They arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would, cleaned up everything when they were done, and charged me exactly what was quoted to me on the phone. While the cost (~$500) seemed high compared to ads received in the mail, I feel this company cares about its clients and does a very good and thorough job. You get what you pay for!

We found this company on Angie's List. They were pretty good and punctual. They were professional and polite. They cleaned out the fireplace and there was no mess left behind in the family room. They are nice and meticulous with the work. It was like they were never here.

The two men sent out, went above and beyond the call of duty. They were fast, efficient, clean, neat, very careful and professional in every way.

Although I thought they were a bit expensive compared to other estimates I got it was well worth the price!

The two-man crew arrived just before 10am and was done arund 12:30 pm. They used a large vacuum claner which they kept outside the house and connected to via hoses. They put down tarps in every room where the worked and were able to keep the house very clean despite vacuuming out 22 years worth of dust.
