I got bids from several Grout services, but Groutsmith of Apex was the most professional and detailed proposal. (Also very reasonable.) They made sure that i understood my options and the process. I was given great advice for color and the team they sent out to perform the services was just as professional as the sales representative. Polite, hardworking and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They also polished the stone in my kitchen. My husband and I are thrilled with the results.

This was a great experience. Everyone was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and what they were going to do. Randy came out initially and promptly sent us the estimate. David came out to do the work. This involved cleaning and sealing walls and floor in a walk-in shower, which was a large project. David was thorough and took the time to make sure it was done right. The end result is amazing! We have since rehired The Groutsmith to clean and seal the floors in two bathrooms. We are very, very pleased with their work!!!

This project involved sealing natural stone and granite, as well as grout repair. I was very satisfied with the work and the customer service.

Randy of Triad Groutsmith at Winston Salem, NC did a detailed estimate and Eric performed the work at our home. Eric made several wall grout repairs in two bathrooms , and cleaned and sealed the 15 year-old grout of the master bathroom tile floor. The work was all expertly done and very neat. Color matching was excellent. The completed areas looked brand new. The work estimate was highly detailed and fairly priced. Randy and Eric were punctual, professional, and very courteous. Communication by phone with the office representative was very efficient. I would recommend them; and would not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

Excellent customer service and support before, during and after the project was completed! Shower floor looks great and grout color change is better than original.

The owner came out to discuss the work and wrote a bid on the spot. When the work was done, that is what we were charged, no surprise add-ons. The tech arrived right on time both visits, was personable and professional. He did a great job cleaning and removing mineral stains from the shower, as well as construction adhesive from the bath floor. Everything looks great! I don't usually give 5 star ratings, but these folks earned them.

From the initial consult through the completed projects, the company was very professional - all staff were polite, efficient, and friendly. The finished product looks excellent. I will definitely call them again.
