Polite young man who did excellent work from start to finish!

We have two tile showers that are 8 years old. The grout and caulk were getting cracked and discolored, really didn't look good at all. Mike and John came out and Mike took the downstairs shower and John took the upstairs shower. They cleaned the showers, removed the cracked grout and discolored caulk, repaired small holes in the grout, applied a color sealer to all the grout lines and sealed all appropriate areas with a watertight caulk. They showed us different colors for the sealer and caulk and what they would look like together before they applied them so we could pick which ones we liked. Both showers look amazing. We couldn't be more pleased. Both Mike and John are great guys and are excellent representatives of The Groutsmith company. After seeing the job they did, the price we paid seemed very appropriate. We would highly recommend The Groutsmith.

Professional, on time, very neat, very happy with the grout repair, cleaning and sealing in the master bath shower. They were not the least expensive, but I had the most confidence that they would do a good job. And they did!

Our grout hasnâ t been serviced (outside or normal household cleaning) since the house was built in 1981. It was pretty rough looking and hard to clean. Groutsmith came in, removed the nasty grout, put in new grout, and made the shower and floor look like new. They even put a protective coating on the grout so it wouldnâ t absorb dirt and grime. The team was professional, on time and left everything clean and looking great.

I initially hesitated to hire the franchise but Randy and Betty put me at ease. They were very sincere and completely transparent with what it takes to do the work and what to expect. They took good care of our needs and after completing the work in three bathrooms, followed-up to redo the shower area floor in the Master Bath. It has been good since.
