Description of Work: Because of deep erosion on a side hill I had Atlantic give an estimate. It was fair. The work was done without a bit of trouble. During the process I decided that the stones were too big. They were immediately and courteously replaced. The cost remained the same. Then I had them tackle the real erosion problem. I have a swale/ditch that takes water from several blocks and it goes through my property. The land is mostly Cary's and their experts over the years have told me that if it were a private developer, the town would make them do something about it but since it was Cary land, I was out of luck. After twenty years the gullywashers had removed about five tons of rocks and placed them in a deep ravine. The team moved the rocks back up the hill and then put cement into most cracks and hopefully the next great storm will not move a rock. My property is mostly beautiful and now the swale matches the rest of the place.
