This man was so unprofessional and basically did not finish the job as he said he had another one lined up and couldn't hold an entire day open for us. I had spoke with him the week prior and let him know how much stuff we had to move and confirmed the extra time cost and that we would probably need more than the time booked through the Uhaul site. We had to get someone from Craigslist to come help load the trucks. He did know what he was doing with the loading but his manners and attitude and not finishing our job doesn't make up for his actual work.

Great. This is the second time I have used The Art of Moving. I received the recommendation from a friend, and have recommended them to friends as well. Everyone has been very happy so far. Rate is very good too. It was $130 for two hours and a two hour minimum if I remember correctly. The 2-man crew is very efficient (quick) and experienced. One thing I remember is how much better they were at moving a bed mattress than actual mattress delivery folks. I've seen other movers (neighbors and friends) and they are nowhere near as good as these folks. If there are fragile and special items, I would make sure you let it be known. They work fast, but will slow down if you need them to.

Troy and his crew did a great job. The person who gave them an "F" for their services was asking them to be a full service moving company, which is NOT what they offer. I worked for a major moving company as a young man and learned the skill required to properly load and transport furniture, but my aging joints no longer allow me to do the lifting. Anyone who has been in the business would recognize the skill Troy brings to the job. I found him to be a personable guy who was very professional. He and two guys he'd brought were waiting when we got to the storage units at 10:30am, they loaded three units onto a 26-foot truck and followed to Wake Forest for delivery to the new house. We were done and the truck back at Budget by 3:30. I was completely happy. Tipped them all.

This is not a legitimate company. They are run out of a house on 1635 Montrose Street in Raleigh. Their motto is "You Pack, We Load". They do not know how to pack!!!!!!!! Bad attitude all around.
