Terminix - Raleigh -Termite & Pest Control

Terminix has always been there and been consistent. I've used other companies in the past and they just seem to be the best.

Terminix was fine, I would use them again in the future.

If we see a bug, we call them and they are here. They are super responsive. We will continue to use Terminix.

They're a known pest control service. I wouldn't really say that something stood out.

I would not recommend them because they came in and done a check about 5 years ago and told us that we were clean. About a week later my dad was down visiting and was in our garage. He came in the house and said "did you know you have termites"? He took us out and showed us the back wall that goes into the dinning room there were tunnels that termites build. I called Terminix and they were just amazed but they ended up repairing our garage wall, putting in a new door, door facing and garage door opener. Our contract is already paid for two years and after that we will move away from them. They came out last year out and told us that we have twelve percent moister, which was good but we needed a moister barrier. We contacted a guy to come an put a moisture barrier in, two weeks later Terminix came back out goes under the house and tells us we have a twenty-eight percent moisture rate and we would have to put a $3000.00 dehumidifier under there. He shut all the vents. It was going to cost us about $5000.00. When he left I called a builder in and he said this guy is full of junk. He said the reason the moisture rate went up was because he closed the vents and the humidity cause it to go up. We had him come in and put the moisture barrier and fix the place where the guy had broke the vent trying to seal it shut. It cost us less then $500.00. So would I recommend Terminix? No. Everybody that comes out are nice and i have never had any problems with that. Its just the builder said that is the stupidest thing I have heard of in my life.

There's nothing I don't like. They come out and take care of the pests. We haven't had any bug problems since.

We have a contract with them. We've been using them for 1 1/2 years. It is pretty much the same guy that comes out so he gets to know the property and the spots that need to be checked on. We don't have to be home unless we want them to look at something inside. We are very pleased with them overall.

They give us a report as the house is under warranty for termites and stuffs. Ever since we brought the house we went with them because that is what the bills had. They constantly give us a warranty on the house and if there are any problems or anything they take care of it as it is under the warranty. They come on time and have been always very punctual. They have been good.

They provide the extra service calls if there is a problem, and will come as many times as needed to take care of the problem.

We've been using them for 12 years and we will continue to use them. They have been very reliable and very helpful.

They are okay but I've had problems with them because they have gotten to the place where they call on a recording and tell me when they are coming. It is impersonal and I don't like it. I would rather talk to a human being. I've been dealing with them for so long that I'm not going to quit and I have a termite contract with them. They are professional, efficient and on time. I've had no trouble with their business. The only thing I don't like is that I like to talk to the people. I don't have a problem on the inside because of what they do outside.

I wouldn’t use their services. They tried to oversell things that we did not need in their estimate. They estimated over $5000 worth of services. They were not honest but they were there.

They put traps that they can inspect around your house. Then they come out and inspect that every 45 days. They guarantee that you won't have any termite damage. They did what they said they were going to do. They've done a good job. They have done what's expected.

They are very personable and they are concerned employees. They are not in a rush and they are anxious to do the job. They explained well what they were doing. I had a problem with mice, and this was in between calls and they were right on the spot. They were very thorough with handling the problem and it seems to have solved it. I have been very pleased. I think their price is fairly competitive.

They are very good. We had one issue with them and they cleared it right up. Really no problems.

They come in every few months and they spray around the house. There are roaches that drop down from trees through the chimney, it's just the result of the area where I live. If a roach does show up it doesn't move very fast because it's already in trouble from the treatments. We have had fewer bug problems than we have had before using Terminex. They provide me with glue traps and they have provided me with very good service. I have not used any other pest control services because if you switch from Terminex to someone else, you have to pay an initiation fee. I am satisfied with what they do. They have a reasonable price and are very responsive. They have a set up where you can call their office and rearrange the schedule for when they come out. They are so punctual they will sit outside of your house for ten minutes before they come in. When I ask them questions, the people who have shown up seem to have reasonable answers, are knowledgable, and can give you recommendations for what you need.

They do a good job and if we see a problem they will come out to take care of it. Their response to our calls is very good.

Our overall experience with them is good. They always seem to be available when we need them with a day's notice. They can work out an appointment within a week typically.

They are very cutreous and always on time. They are excellent. They do a great job. The job is very competitive.

I would recommend them to others; they have always done a good job for me. I have never had any problems with them. They have always been responsive to my calls and whatever I need.

They did what I expected of them. We have a lot of pecan trees and we had many bugs when we first moved here. We ended up having the trees cut down, which helped the bug problem. They have sprayed a couple of times after, but I hardly see any bugs.

I have no problems. When they say they're going to be here, they're here. The gentleman that comes is very nice.

It did go fine and have no problems with them. They change the bate stations when needed. They come and check them quarterly. If there was damage they would cover the repair if any was needed, up to 20000.00

They come in quarterly or as needed. They do what we ask them to. I liked their service. They were professional and on time.
