We do not repair smartphone or tablets but can assist with app setup/configuration and wi-fi connectivity issues with those devices.

Description of Work: I had a graphics card failure on my primary PC, and Tech Wizards was able to help me confirm the error as well as help me retrieve my critical files from the old PC (for transfer to a backup drive)

Description of Work: I was unable to scan with a program that had previously been scanning just fine. Josh determined the problem and fixed it in short order. He's great. I use none other than Josh if at all possible when I have computer problems.
