Emailed the company late afternoon one day, got a response within a few hours. I called them to discuss my problem. Tech came to my home because he lived close by rather than myself going to their office. He repaired the computer by extracting a screw that had broken in the screen. He called within 1 hour and offered to bring my computer back that evening. We agreed, I paid him and he was on his way. Excellent service, I would call them again and definately refer their services.

I installed some software on my wife's laptop (which I had already installed on my own with no problem), but it really messed up the operating system, to a point where I couldn't reload Windows XP myself (which I have done before). Chuck at Tech Wizards actually spent 2 days trying to repair the problem, which I appreciated very much. Eventually he had to format the hard drive and reinstall, but the fact that he spent the time trying to fix it first impressed me. Windows was reloaded with all the updates which saved me lots of time.

It was a very positive experience. The technician was very profession and yet talked to me on a level that I could understand. I was able to watch as the service was performed and ask questions. I will not hesitate to call on Tech Wizards in the future if the need arises.

Tim was put in touch with the tech who was on-call for the weekend, and found him very professional and willing to work with him. It was getting late and Tim was in a hurry to get the laptop back, so the man allowed Tim to bring the computer to his current location. This allowed him to work on the laptop overnight, and also allowed Tim to save the trip fee. Very accommodating. He called Sunday morning exactly when he said he would to report on progress. He delivered the laptop that afternoon and spent time with Tim ensuring that everything was intact. We give them very high marks on responsiveness, all aspects of business set up, and their professional skill.

Somehow my computer had been damaged by lightening or a virus so that I had to perform the restore feature to regain the use of my computer. In doing this, all of the software I had loaded was erased and my files were no longer in "my documents." Tim was able to move all of my saved files and pictures back to "my documents". He was also able to erase some of the software that originally came with my computer so that I could use my purchased software. He also loaded more comprehensive virus protection and set it to automatically update. Since I was watching the clock, he was able to do this within one hour. If I had not been watching the clock, I'm sure my bill would have been more. I appreciated the fact that he discounted my final bill to make up for him being late. My appointment had been at 11:30 am on a Saturday and when no one had showed up after 12 pm, I called the company phone number and left a message. Brian returned my call and located Tim. Tim was able to come that day around 3:00 so I was able to use my computer that night.

It was really good. The lady I spoke to knew over the phone what was wrong, how long it would take, and who would need to fix it. I brought it in that day and had the computer back at the end of the week.

They were very nice. They also stayed open a few minutes past their closing time so I could drop off my laptop. My laptop was fixed in a few days.

He was here on time and did a very good job with my computer. His pricing was also reasonable and all in all I was very pleased. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was good because they did what they said they would do and my computer is still working the way it should. They gave me an estimate, which was right on. They were professional and personable.

Overall-while the technician was very pleasant, he spent way more time than was originally estimated, sold me on a more expensive repair and left the job unfinished. He arrived early and spent about 1.5 hours cleaning spy-ware off of the main desktop in the house. Note that both the scheduler and he didn't expect it would take this long. After he finished that exercise, he discovered that the Internet was not working and would require a visit from the Internet company to get connected again-so he wasn't able to confirm that the Linksys system was properly installed. Moving on to the second computer, before he began addressing the big problem that plagued the computer, it was in a continuous boot loop-he spent about 30 minutes cleaning the cookies and spy-ware off of that computer and reinstalling a better virus block program. One challenge I threw his way-the original disks that came with the computer have been lost. He was also a good salesman-as he recommended that rather than patch the problem, I replace the hard disk, telling me that 80% of the time the patch doesn't work and you'll end up in the same place. After he had replaced the hard disk, reloaded MS DOS using a disk he had with him and reinstalled my saved files, he told me that I would need to use my original MS Office disks to reinstall Word, Excel and Powerpoint, to connect the printer to the computer and to get my photo program reinstalled. Wait-didn't he acknowledge that I didn't have the disks? After we had the Internet restored, he helped my husband obtain a Word-like program via freeware, but it wasn't compatible with the my other Word files and I ended up having to get new MS Office software and the printer still isn't working. Beware-these guys may be smart-but they are expensive and can leave you no better off than when you started!!

They are just wonderful. I have used them for about three years for various things, and have always been completely happy with them. They are very friendly and professional.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable about computers. I am very happy with all of the work they did for me and for assisting me in getting a new computer. He was polite and reasonable in the price and I would use him again. They did a lot of file transferring and I ended up with all of my stuff and he didn't loose any of my files. I am very pleased overall, with all they did.

Overall, a good experience. Technician arrived 30 minutes late, but then quickly diagnosed our computer problem and clearly explained what our options were to address it. He did not use any pressure tactics, and did what he could to improve our computer's performance while working within our time and cost limitations. Would definitely call this company again if/when we have further problems down the road.

Dropped off computer on Thursday afternoon. Company representative did an excellent overview of company's work ethic, diagnostic methods, inventory tracking and abilities. Completed detailed work order review. Sunday, had phone discussions with technician who was wrapping up work on my computer but discovered defective mouse pad and reviewed next steps. Monday, we jointly made final set-up changes on-site at Tech Wizards and all work was completed as promised. Angie's List discount was honored upon payment. Super experience!

Their representative arrived on time and completed all the work on my list. He was professional and pleasant to deal with and completed all the work to my satisfaction. Throughout the work, he checked frequently to ensure he was doing the work the way I wanted it done.

They were here for just less than an hour and also gave us a 10% off Angie's List discount on the first hour. They did a terrific job, they were on time to the minute. They are efficient and good people to work with.

Great!!!! Both times Chuck arrived promptly, was patient and showed us exactly what he was doing. For the first visit, he really cleaned the computer up. For the second visit, he will order the CD burner and come back to install. This service call was $124 plus the cost of the burner. We will definitely continue to use his services!

Called company after my PC stopped working. Obtained same-day service. Technician was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Explained what problem was, what other ways to improve computer function, ordered new part and made appointment to return to install part. Returned the next day on schedule and completed work.

They scheduled me an appointment the day after I called. Tom was on time and extremely pleasant and helpful. He solved my problem in a couple of hours, and the service charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service and will use them again the next time I have a problem.

Bryan was wonderful. He spent over an hour fixing issues with spyware and then optimized the system for me. He made recommendations on inexpensive fixes to help the computer run better. Plus, he installed some system tools for free and gave me instruction on how to use them. A terrific experience, worth the price and more.

THEY ARE A VERY EASY COMPANY TO WORK WITH. WHENEVER I CALL THEM, THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO SCHEDULE ME IN FOR THE NEXT DAY. THEY SEEM TO REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE A VERY RESPECTABLE COMPANY.
