They were on time. They understood what the problem was, technically. They were able to fix it quickly. They also showed me how I could fix it in the future. They also don’t speak with a lot of jargon; I am not a techie person so it was easy to understand what they were explaining. I have used them off and on over a number of years and I have had a really good experience with the technicians they send out.

The process is still ongoing. I have to do a follow up with them. I had some issues with the home network and they are trying to help me fix it. I would recommend them. They had a January specials, where I would get a $10 discount on the service cost and they forgot to include it in the original bill. They called me back on that and sent me a check, so that was good.

moryhey came to my house and immediately diagnosed my computer problem, brought me a replacement card and suggested some upgrades that I agreed with. They were very nice and very helpful. I am not a computer person and he spoke in terms I could understand. Very happy with the service and will use them again.

I took it to them because they weren't too far from my office. I went there because Angie's List had a lot of good comments about them. I dropped off my CPU and then they called me a couple of days ago and told me that there are some issues with the hardware. They are basically trying to get the data off my hard drive and they want to make sure that I have the back up disc so that I can have that. They are really good. They do a great job. Their price is fair. The quality has been good so far. We are not quite finished yet. Their communication is very good. They are calling me which is good. I don't have to call them. They told me that it would take 3 to 5 days for them to sort that which is fine. They were right on time. They are very professionalism and talk to my level which is good. I'm not computer person. They talk in layman's terms.

I had great difficulty finding an expert on Macintosh laptops. I found Tech Wizards on Angie's List, and they introduced me to their Mac specialist - Tom Landon - who was absolutely fantastic. Tom contacted me to find out the most convenient way to pick up my laptop for service, and came to my office to pick it up. I love music, and had downloaded over 18,000 songs onto my MacBook Pro. It was a lifetime's worth of treasured music. Then, one day, for no apparent reason, when I clicked on my songs, they were gone - nothing was there. I was devastated. Fortunately, I had backed up everything on my laptop using an external hard drive. I went to the so-called Apple "Genius Bar" for help. A very young and very distracted "Genius" gave me about 15 seconds of attention, started running some supposedly "diagnostic" test, and then started helping other people. After a half hour of waiting, she told me she couldn't figure out what the problem was. That was it - no help. So, I turned to Angie's List, found Tech Wizards, and was introduced to Tom Landon -- thank goodness! Tom fixed everything promptly, with excellent service, personal attention, courtesy, and a very reasonable charge - only $250.00 to restore over 18,000 songs to my music library. I am so grateful to him for giving me back my music. If you have Mac problems, contact Tom, and he'll take great care of you.

I called and they answered promptly. I spoke with a nice, knowledgeable, professional lady who listened to the situation and then explained that they no longer handle hardware repair (they are concentrating on software services and repair). She referred me to another company they had worked with that does handle hardware repairs (and they only one they felt comfortable providing referrals). I found my interaction very pleasant and helpful. And I GREATLY appreciated the help of the referral rather than just blowing me off. I understand why they get so many great reviews on Angie's List and would definitely look to use their services in the future should I have a need.

My somewhat new laptop crashed suddenly (HP, ugh), hard drive was damaged. I had all my personal and business info, pics, contacts, documents, etc. (like everyone else) and needed to get them back. Tech Wizards were backed up do to several of their people were on vacation (summertime), however, when I told them my dilemma, they were wonderful about getting me a tech to look and figure out what was wrong by the next day. They got my hard drive info backed up onto another portable hard drive I provided. While I wasn't happy with the situation, Tech Wizards did come through and I would definitely recommend them or use their services again!

They came and repaired the computer. It has been working just fine. We are happy with the service.

Sean came out to see why my computer wasn't booting--I was constantly getting the Windows blue screen. It turned out that my Bios configuration had gotten messed up; he fixed it in less than 2 minutes. I was very happy with the whole experience; I got a tech to come out to my house the very same day that I called and he was very professional and pleasant to work with. A+!

Tech Wizards LLC were professional, prompt, and mindful of the time they had at my house. They tried to finish the job in a reasonable time and to not waste our money. They were very informative to my husband.

He was close to on time. With computers you can never tell what you'll find. He was very professional and thourough. He multi-tasked very well. While running fix-it programs on one computer, he went and started on another. He did not waste time. I felt comfortable that he was being safe with our computers and information.

No need for any great detail. Great company, very customer-oriented, reasonable price for drop-off computer service.

I dropped off a laptop for diagnosis and repair-- from what I could tell it sounded like the power jack would need to be replaced. The owner was there when I dropped off the laptop (near closing time), and he was extremely friendly, professional, and did an excellent job of explaining their charges, turnaround time, and what would be entailed in diagnosis and repair. The technician called me first thing the next morning and explained that it turned out that my AC adapter/battery charger had just gone bad. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue and my options for replacing the broken part. They refunded the diagnostic fee since it was such a quick diagnosis. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely top-notch and I will definitely call them the next time I have computer repair needs.

Went well, very thorough and explained in laymans terms some of the issues causing our computer malfunctions.

I took the computer in on Monday morning. It was repaired by Wednesday noon. It is working well with no follow up issues.

The technician, Gary, did an excellent job. He kept me informed every step of the way, was always available when I had questions, and explained things in a way that I could understand. Most importantly, he was able to get the computer to function better than it did before the virus. I have recommended Tech Wizards to my daughter for her laptop. Very satisfied with the experience.

None major problems found, antivirus updated and start-up cleaned up. Very satisfied.

One of my PCs was failing to start up. Initially it would go through a process where it would "whir" for a couple of seconds and blink then stop then ten seconds later, do it again. Eventually it stopped even doing that. I did some initial diagnostics myself and was unable to determine if this issue was the power supply or the motherboard. So I decided to take it to professional and took it to Tech Wizards. I chose to take the unit to them rather than have them do a "house call". I dropped it off and got a call back the next day with the report that the problem was the power supply, which they could replace. They called the next day to say it was ready and I picked it up the following day. They returned the failed part with the working unit. I was quite please with the results. The initial diagnostic was $49 and the replacement power supply, with installation, was $59. The pricing was consistent with what I expected.

He worked on my daughter's computer for three hours. After two days there were still problems and he came back out. We decided that it was time for a new computer and he helped us decide what would be best for us. He was helpful in that he weighed the advantages and disadvantages to replacing the computer versus trying to restore it. He was very knowledgeable and professional, I could not have asked for anyone better.

Went well from start to finish. Josh is terrific, and we have used him in the past and will certainly use him in the future.

It is a little known place; nothing major. They couldn?t have done better. They took their time. They were very kind and very helpful. Their prices were good. It is a group of people. We like to give them a heads up. I had some trouble with one of my Dell computers. They had to basically re install the Windows programme. They did a pretty good job. They called and gave me an estimate within a day?s time. They told me what needed to be done. They were very good and very fast. They went through it all and I have not had any problem with it. They gave me an idea about how much it would cost before they actually did the work. They seemed to be honest folks.

The folks' laptop went belly-up after I added memory.....Ooops. Windows failed to start up. Chuck at Tech Wizards was upfront with what steps he would take and what the potential costs could be with each possible outcome. After each procedure he would notify me of the outcome so I could decide whether to proceed. The laptop was 5 years old, so at a certain point it would be better to replace than repair. Though the memory did check out, he installed a different brand and repaired the Windows issue. The laptop is fine, and I returned the RAM in question to Best Buy for a refund. So, my true cost was $88.
