+ 0 moreThe insulated valve cover was not correctly installed the first attempt and was literally sitting on top of the other valve box. After calling and leaving multiple voicemails over the summer, in the fall I had to contact my builder in order for Tarheel Landscaping to contact me. They came back out unannounced and made another attempt to fix the issue but as seen in picture two they left a visible gap allowing cold air to freely pass. Ive left multiple voicemails but no one has returned my call. Do not recommend!
Description of Work: Tried contacting multiple times to fix an incorrectly installed valve box.

+ 0 moreThey did a very good job. Among the landscapers I worked with over the years, they are the most professional. The ones I have used in the past have been disorganized and not very professional. But this guy is very good. I found him online through a website. They are fine and I think he has a crew of 30 people. I think the company is owned by a husband and wife. There were weather related issues that caused the delay so that is not really their fault.
Description of Work: I used the services of Tar Heel Landscape Enterprises. They did a full a landscaping; removing trees, planting new bushes and creating a bed.

+ -1 moreI've been using them since 2005. I've been very pleased with the service. I think I might pay too much, but I haven't done any price comparison. When I've had to call them, they've been responsive with returning my phone calls. The technicians are respectful and professional. Overall, I'm happy with their services.
Description of Work: They come every week during the summer to cut the grass, mulch, and areate. They've taken care of weed problems as well. They also replace the flowers in my flower bed twice a year.
