+ -1 moreWe were very happy with Matt's work. He seemed very knowledgeable and completed the job in less than an hour. Synergy was also very accommodating when setting up the appointment. I was very happy that they were able to come out within a few days of my initial phone call.
Description of Work: We had Synergy come out to re-program our universal remote control -- as they are an authorized dealer of this particular remote control.

+ -1 moreI found Synergy through Angie's List when I was trying to determine whether to perform this task as a DIY or bring in an expert. I appreciate Matt's patience as we went through several iterations of estimates to design my system and stay within my budget. The day of the service came and Matt and Thomas were punctual and efficient. We walked through the house to identify the location of the new boxes and accommodated my request to work around a toddler's nap time. Not only am I happy that I did not do this as a DIY but I would recommend them to my friends and family looking to have similar work done. Thank you for performing this work for me.
