We've been using them for 8 years. They do a great job.

During my annual termite inspection I discussed some issues we've been having recently with Brown Down Ticks. I showed them on I had caught and they confirmed the type of Tick. I was expected the Exterminator to tell me he need to treat my whole house. But he listened to the fact we had only seen a small number (10-15) in the house and gave me some alternative treatment ideas. If the Tick problem gets worse I will definitely be calling first for treatment.

Very well and up to my expectations.

The bugs we found unidentifiable, and they took the time to take them to the local university to find out what they were. They did this for no additional charge. They also exterminated them for no additional charge.

They were on-time for both the estimate and application. Great work and professional!

Been using Swiftcreek to do our termite inspections for last 6 years. Back prior to when we bought our house they found an small infestigation of termites that terminix missed. After treatment(by terminix) we had the house inspected every year. This year the found tunnels so we paid for a full treatment. Over the 6 years they have alway be very punctual and there cost have been reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The people that owned my house before me used this company so I continued using them. They were prompt and responsive. I might have let them drill through to my bedroom but they suggested that I find someone to move my refrigerator instead. They did the treatment from both sides and they were careful to make sure that they treatment didn’t touch any plastics. I was very happy with them.

They are fine and I have nothing else to say about them. I wouldn’t say that they are great or that they are bad as I don’t have much experience with exterminating to compare them with other companies. The owner does everything and he is nice. I would use them again.

Swift Creek does quarterly exterminations at my house. I have never had a bug problem and they have always been very nice and extremely punctual. They're great!

We had just moved into a house the week previously and been left a few guests by the previous owners (termites and fleas). Swift Creek was recommended to us by our real estate agent since we were new to the area. They performed the termite inspection and spot treatment prior to our closing, and we were happy with them although they could be difficult to contact at times. An entire team of people came to finish the whole house treatment, which involved drilling into the floor. In hindsight, I should have had the flea treatment first because they tracked quite a few fleas into the house during the termite treatment. The termite treatment took longer than they stated, but I'd rather they take the time to do a good job, which they certainly did. One of the crew was very helpful in providing ideas we could look into ourselves for the flea problem, and what we should do to repair the small amount of termite damage to the house. I will be using Swift Creek for yearly inspections!

As they have been everytime, they were professional and extremely well priced. Came exactly when they said they would.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS NOW AND FEEL THAT THEY DO A PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH JOB. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY INSECT OR OTHER PEST, SO WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
