I purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical labor. They continue to send me bills for 2 additional hours that they never provided. I do not believe this is right. I tried to contact them and they never return my phone calls. The entire time they were here they just tried to sell me something.

Their work was excellent. However I never received an itemized invoice for the work done, even though I had purchased these deals. I was just trying to confirm that I owed nothing else, and have never gotten confirmation of this for months.

Dan and Dave arrived exactly on time when they said they would. They got to work right away and offered to take their shoes off in the house we do not where shoes in our home so I really appreciated that. The work entailed a bit more than was expected, but they did the job professionally and they were very good at what their job and made sure everything was in working order before they left. If you ever want any work done MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOE DAN AND DAVE. They were AWESOME!!! I am going to have Dan back again so that he can change out my old florescent light fixtures in the kitchen to LED ones. It was a little hard to make the initial appt., because of the holidays and they were gone for several weeks, but I got a call the next morning after I called in the new year and got our appt. set up just fine.

Went pretty well - a lot of drywall dust on floors and extra drywall holes had to be cut out for access.

It was excellent. They came out quickly like within a week but what I needed was a little more complicated than the deal alone. I didn’t have all the equipment here. I needed to buy a down rod so I actually had to cancel it that day. I haven’t received it in the mail and that’s what happened. They were very gracious and not mad at me. They were really wonderful. They were just really competent and really friendly.

We needed 6 light fixtures changed to recessed lighting and our current recessed lighting fixtures changed to match the new ones. Team Electric rearranged their schedule to fit us in and did an amazing job. Everything turned out perfect. There was one screw that caused drywall damage and they came back to fix it without being asked and on our schedule. We are very satisfied with the outcome and will use them again in the future!

Originally, I really liked their service. The tech we had was perfect. Unfortunately, the last crew they sent was rather incompetent. The work they performed was sloppy, and they left tools behind. Not only that, but they REEKED of cigarette smoke so badly that I could smell them after they left.

The technicians were prompt, considerate, and got the job done efficiently!

Overall, it went well. He was a little late but he called to let me know. Jay was pleasant and had a great demeanor. I was satisfied with Jay's work for the most part but disappointed in a few areas - we hired an electrician because we wanted the wires to be hidden not just the TVs mounted. So, I am happy that my TVs are up on the wall, but disappointed that we have to either look at the wires or do the work to hide them. I paid for 2 hours up front - I was not 100% sure of the extra time I was charged for (2.5 hours) - I think I was charged for the drive time of getting the parts but that was not disclosed. And, I was shocked by the price of the parts as this was not discussed before hand - I did receive a receipt but I didn't know ahead of time to be prepared for that expense. Nor was I given the opportunity to purchase these before hand. So, definitely ask. We also wanted a spot light put up - we ran out of time but the most important project I wanted done was completed and the job was well done. I was totally satisfied and if I had known about the TV mounts and wires being left exposed, I would have stopped at the main project and added the TVs to my husband's honey do list. I say, depending on what you want - Jay is definitely the man for the job - just ask questions and get all prices, times, how work to be performed discussed upfront. So, I have to take the blame for some of it because I didn't think to ask/confirm.

They got back to us promptly, got here when they said, and did the job cheerfully. I'd use them again.

The electricians showed up on time, and worked steady for the full duration of the big deal I purchased. I was very happy with the work and their professionalism.

SunnyDale techs came out and checked out what needed to be done. Jay followed up with a quote by the next business day. Once we approved, we had an appointment within a week to get the work done. The 2 techs came out on time and completed the job in a very professional manner and cleaned up after they were through very well. We are very pleased with the work SunnyDale performed.

They were late but called to keep me updated. Two personable electricians. Outlet is great. Everything cleaned up. Would use again.

Bought a deal for two hours of electrical work. Received a call that he was running a little late and would be about 20 minutes after scheduled time. Upon arrival we looked at what we needed done. I expected that it would take the whole two hours to move the chandelier and fan. After about 45 minutes the job was done. Since I had paid for 2 hours he asked if there was anything else to look at. I had purchased 2 motion detector lights which I asked to have installed. This took about 30 minutes and I was again asked if I had anything else to do. Normally when I buy a deal for timed services the provider never seems to be able to finish in that time. A lot of time is wasted. Jay was very efficient and only had to be told once what to do. He understood and did exactly what we wanted in a quick and professional manner. There was no wasted time. I will call Jay for all my electrical needs.

SunnyDale was very responsive to my initial request for service, and answered all my questions very quickly. The very friendly team showed up on the dot at the time I was given, which is very impressive. They took great care to not damage walls as they were hauling ladders through my home, laid protective covering over my furniture and cleaned up all debris when the job was completed. The fan works perfectly, and doesn't wobble. I discovered a few days later that my remote was also operating my next door neighbors fan (I'm in a condo), and SunnyDale returned within two days to reset the codes. A great company!! I will definitely use them again.

Jay showed up when he said he would. He was polite, professional and friendly. He asked a few questions to get started, and then went to work. This fan was not as easy to assemble as many of them are, but he still knocked it out in about an hour. I've put up a few fans before, and I think this one would have taken me closer to 3 hours, so I was glad I hired someone this time. A very good experience, and solid skills.

The two electricians worked well together and were respectful in our home. They had a difficult task with 5 new instsllations in a house without an attic.

They were very responsive and were able to come in and get the work done right away. We had no problems and it went well.

Wes and Dan were prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Went well. The gentleman who did the work was on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the appropriate height and location within the room for the installation to gain the most benefit of air circulation. He cleaned up his mess when he was completed.

We requested several quotes from various electricians on Angieslist. Jay, with SunnyDale, responded quickly and was able to provide us with a quote through Angieslist's messaging. Once we received the quote, we were able to schedule a date soon after. Jay sent two of his electricians. The electricians were very professional and quickly got to work. They installed three ceiling fans and ran wires from the ceiling fans to light switches in four bedrooms (prior to their work, all ceiling fans were remote control based). After they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. They advised me that one of the ceiling fans had a bent rod. After they left, I noticed the ceiling fan would shake when it was on a higher speed. I contacted Jay and told him what was happening. He asked me to purchase a new fan and he would have an electrician replace it at no cost. Once I got the new fan in, an electrician arrived on time and installed the new fan. He took the other one apart and put it back in the box so that we could return the damaged fan to the retailer. Overall, Jay and his crew were very professional, did a great job and we plan to hire them again for another job that they provided us a quote on.
