I was most impressed with the selection, service, and customer service of Sundram's Rug Gallery. They were extremely patient, helpful, and low-pressure. They deliver the rugs of your choice and let you keep them a few days. They also have a wonderful return policy, fair prices, and knowledgeable, willing employees.
