I had to call twice to get service but the second time they had a service person to the house within an hour to fix the leak.

The service member showed up about 20 minutes after I called to ask for service. Service was prompt, well executed, friendly, and the are was cleaned after completion.

Very well, the plumber spoke with my home warranty to describe the full situation so that some of the cost would be reimbursed and he did excellent work.

Chad W. did a great job. Gave us options with different price points, as ever and was tidy and efficient. We love Streamline!

Chad was on time, got all the work done efficiently and took less time than we expected for all the issues we had. We especially appreciated that he prepared a work area outside to keep the house as clean as possible.

I got my three quotes for different systems to be installed. Now figuring out what to do..

The plumber was on time, knowledgable about the problem, and repaired it the same visit in a timely manner. He also took the time to educate me about the issue, offer preventive maintenance advice, and check my sink faucets for mineral build up.

Chad came out and installed the water filter. He was great. He redirected the water line so the filter could be located closer to the entrance of the crawlspace as opposed to the back corner. Russel swapped the kitchen faucet and removed the old water filter a couple of weeks later. Both were awesome and I will continue to provide Streamline with my plumbing business as needed. Chad also gave me recommendations on where I could get a quality faucet which was extremely helpful.

Went extremely well; we had no idea where the leak was coming from; no sound; no visuals; plumber (Russell R.) arrived within an hour of our call; Russell R was very, very prompt and professional; he diagnosed and isolated the problem; he explained it to us and discussed several alternatives; after we decided and a course of action, Russell R. went to the shop to get a new 40 gallon hot water heater; removed the old tank, and had the new tank installed and operational by 4pm; all in one day; bottom line cost was just shy of $1,600; perhaps you might say it was a hundred or so on the high side, but considering the promptness, courtesy, professionalism, and whatever else matters the price seemed to me to be a good value; we would definitely use Streamline again and, in view of all that transpired, we give Streamline (and especially Russell R. and his dispatcher Dea) an overall grade of "A+"

I not want to pay someone for a estimate that should be my right .. so you penalize me for not liking your price are you... you needed to give a price over the phone they.. just not right

From setting up the appointment to the work getting completed, it was excellent.

Streamline Services sent Trevor to accommodate my request. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. After he completed that work, he canvassed the house for other potential electrical issues and provided an estimate for such work. I would definitely recommend Streamline Services.

Very well, efficient and informative

The electrical work was GREAT! While it was expensive, I would hire their electrician again without hesitation. However, the plumbing work was only fair. 2/3 of the work was done promptly and done well. The last 1/3 involved lots of delays and poor communication on behalf of the (otherwise very nice) plumber.

Crew and equipment arrived early in the day and all work was completed by mid-afternoon. Installation was neat and the workplace was left clean. My questions were answered completely before the crew left and the equipment has worked flawlessly for two months.

Great! Matt was very professional and resolved the issue very quickly. He explained what might have happened and demonstrated how to make it work. He also recommended that because of the age of the heater it would make more fiscal sense to replace rather than repair parts of it should the problem occur again.

The tecnician that determined our problem and headed the work team was very knowledgeable and did great work. I didn't price check because we had no water so I didn't want to water time shopping around but I do think they were priced high but that being said, I was very happy with their professionalism, efficiency and quality of work.

Very well! The service was quick; Russell was able to identify and repair same day. He was professional, prompt, and thorough. I appreciated being able to get an appointment quickly, and the office staff were so helpful and pleasant during the scheduling process. Highly recommend! I didn't rate the price because I'm not familiar with pricing for plumbing services so I can't comment as to whether it's standard. I did a quick google search and found the price we were charged was in range, and given the great reviews, I trust that Streamline was giving us a fair deal :)

Fantastic service from beginning to end.

They have done a couple of plumbing jobs for me at a couple rental properties of mine. They have been punctual and very good to get the work done.

It went okay. It took over an hour to come up with a diagnosis that I needed a new toilet. And I was quoted a price of $530 to replace my toilet. Seemed excessive and it turns out that it was. I called someone else, who provided a complimentary visit, that charged me $285.

I had a great experience with Streamline. The technician Alex was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He identified the problem within 10 minutes and laid out a plan to fix it that was both affordable and made sense. Would definitely recommend HVAC service from Streamline.
