Description of Work: I had a kitchen faucet replaced on an Angie's List Daily Deal. Customer service was good in terms of scheduling, arrival, and work performed. The work took less than 30 minutes, though, and didn't include the soap dispenser that was packaged with the replacement faucet, so I probably overpaid for the service and was slightly disappointed that the technician didn't offer to swap out the soap dispenser. I would consider using in the future but would do more comparative shopping first.

Description of Work: They were supposed to replace a Garbage disposal. In the fine print of the big deal it said that the client (me) had to provide the garbage disposal unit. I admit that I didn't read the fine print. I called Streamline after I purchased the Big deal and asked if I could buy a disposal unit off of the back of the truck. The guy who answered the phone and setup my appointment said that this would not be an issue. | |When the plumber showed up to do the work he told me that I couldn't use the BIG deal pricing if I was going to buy a Disposal off of the back of the truck. He said that I would have to pay approximately 500 dollars for the unit and the install if I wanted to buy the unit from him directly. | |He told me that I would need to go to Home Depot and buy a unit and then reschedule the appointment. I ended up going to Home Depot and getting a unit for around 100 dollars and rescheduling the appointment for later that day. | |This communication failure on the part of Streamline and their subsequent inflexibility caused me stress and cost me time.

Description of Work: I purchased a big Deal for $119 For Kitchen, Bathroom Faucet, or Garbage Disposal Replacement! They replaced both faucets on my double vanity. The technician was very good and thorough. He also looked at the water heater to see what shape it was in. It only took him about an hour and half to finish. I was very satisfied.
